Having trouble getting a g7400 to boot 150 bclk, tried x3i,x3k, x6h, x4b didn't have a cpu bclk setting.
Have tried the gpu in the x4 slot, x1 speed, security device disabled, 4000 mem strap, trefix9 set to 255, no luck.  Any ideas?

Struggling to get 8000 stable any cl with 13900ks. Ambient air memory.

x6h bios is fair.Takes a lot of time to boot compared to others.

Any word on if F23a is any good?

I got this mobo with a 13600KF and some A die, and an RTX 30 series GPU
X4b would hang on A2 or A9 codes with it installed in either slot but worked fine with a GT710
I tried X6h, and the card works fine, but it is IMO super slow to post, and a brief attempt at memory OC didn't work out well; I'm still learning DDR5, so that it could be a skills issue; I don't know.

I might give F23a a go to see if it's any better, but I would like to ask if anyone else has tried it first.

I’m currently using F23a, so far no problems. This is my daily gaming profile with 13700K 6400 z5 Adie air cooled

Interesting :

1. Does everything work fine on a Z690 Tachyon with a Z790 Tachyon bios ? Indeed, the OC buttons on each motherboard are a little bit different and may not work properly after such a flash.

2. What are the advantages to flash the Z790 bios ?

3. The only method to flash this bios is to use Q-flash ?

4. If this bios is not satisfying, will I be able to flash back a Z690 bios ?

I have just ordered the Z690 Tachyon, I did not receive it, hence my questions.

With right settings for Mem you shouldn’t have any problems with boot with X4b or x6h bios. If they are wrong, boot will be a little bit longer. Try to play with voltages on it. Also SA voltage, with 12th Gen I always used 1.35v, with 13th Gen are 1.25v enough

1/ for mе - good, OC buttons - work( +- 100Mhz CpuFrequency or +- 0.1 BCLK if selected in the bios), but I don't use it.

2/ I don't know, my optimal ratio on any last bios is 6400@7200(VDD=1.51v/VDDQ=1.49v+VDDQcpu=1.38v/VDD2cpu=1.38v&SA(avto)=1.25v)
