December 1, 201114 yr What "defending champions" Pieter? We, the champions, are not participating, nor will we ever participate in any competition where "ES only" is in the rules... And I find it very enjoyable that our guys from the forums are trying their best to see how the competitions feels, and I think they are doing a great effort for this, so I do not think it is fair to their effort to have such bombastic, cheap journalism titles like this to describe their efforts....
December 1, 201114 yr Author So, pointing out that: - Romania won last year => champion - Romania, current champion, was 12th => expectations not met is "cheap" journalism? There's a perfectly valid explanation why the expectations are not met. It will be interesting to see how the new line-up pulls through in the next couple of stages. Who knows, maybe they will surprise us over the next couple of weeks!
December 1, 201114 yr The stage 7th that gives 25 points to the winner is the last one to end, so, at least that Romania won't have any point at the end of those stage, wining the last one can win again....in theory... Edited December 1, 201114 yr by saint19
