_mat_ Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 PCIe slot 1 and 2 are 16x on this board. This is the 8x bug that seems to happen without any obvious reasons on some M5E boards. Andre, did you have a look into this? Sometimes it can be fixed with forcing PCIE1-16x in BIOS, sometimes you need to set GEN2 for the slot or try the GEN3-Presets. A strange one, this is! l0ud_sil3nc3 Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 @ _mat_ I have the same issue sometimes, usually resetting the resolution will fix this, but I have seen it on the Asrock Z77 OC Formula as well as the MVF, so maybe a card/driver issue?
