Hey, here’s a couple I ran...the Pentium is slower then I7..... I’m able to run cl5 on haswell, tho it’s no better efficiency then cl6. I have no Broadwell chip to try, in the coming months I plan on running lots of cold memory on platforms 1156-1155-1150-x79-x58 and AM3....maybe some other amd old stuff too, if it’s cheap I can afford to play with it. I’ll try heaps of stuff from cl5 and other things I think of...
August 28, 20204 yr @Bullant What's the effect of tREFI for ddr3? Any different? Thought I saw a screen of a z97 ocf user with 65535 tREFI

August 29, 20204 yr @Bullant actually, I didn't know. I joined the PC community just before Kaby Lake launched and started overclocking a couple months later I still have much to learn Edited August 29, 20204 yr by Sparky's__Adventure
December 25, 20213 yr Merry Christmas, everyone! Think my memory is solid, should be good for above 2666 8-12-8, IMC is dragging behind. Also, would like to try a chip that can do 50/50.
December 28, 20213 yr @Bullant Hey bro, I have a favor to ask you whenever you get the chance. Can you do a SP32M run with 5g/5g, 2666 8-12-8, max effort with waza/16k/etc? I want an efficiency target for air cooling.
December 28, 20213 yr I second this, would like to see many subs like this, locked efficiency, but problem is secondary and tertiary, they need to be air values as well, in order to replicate. 2800 9-12-12 would be another interesting sub. 2666 8-11-7 bbse. All this are like iconic values.

I have had no issues with secondaries and tertiaries personally, I can go as tight as I need. Is that uncommon for ambient? Honestly, I usually see people on LN2 running looser subs...

Hi, sorry most of my time atm is on Z690....Also I only have a Pentium for Z97

On the topic of a Samsung 2GBit D-Die efficiency reference, I stumbled across this video here: Would love to see someone replicate or beat this, looks pretty viable to me.
