High Frequency Hynix M-Die in 48 GB kits?
marco.is.not.80 replied to marco.is.not.80's topic in Memory Heaven (air/extreme)
I'm know I'm late to the party but I think based on what I just read it seems like there is M-die with 2 GB ICs (old) and now M-die in a 3 GB variant is the new M-die... why do we always need to be Sherlock Holmes with memory Jesus Christ... Marco -
that was it, L double E! Thanks!

Not sure but usually I get a size error in that case but let me try to see if reducing the photo of the rig will help. Thanks for suggestion.

Just tried again in case it had fixed itself and same error.

Hello my hwbot brothers (and sisters?), I'm getting the following when trying to submit results for a TimeSpy Extreme run: Any ideas?

Please delete the following entry - it's not using ECC so it no longer generates points but my latest entry doesn't score as high so it's not generating points either since HWBot doesn't think it's my best score. The only thing I can think of that will fix that is by removing it: https://hwbot.org/submission/5105341_marco.is.not.80_unigine_superposition___8k_optimized_geforce_rtx_4090_15665_points/ Thanks! -
Help me to understand?
marco.is.not.80 replied to marco.is.not.80's topic in Submission & member moderation
Thank you very much - I get it and realize I've been pushing for global points past my maximum 20! Doh! I didn't realize there was a limit so I've always been going to the benchmark page and just doing the ones which have global points... time to start tackling some of the other stuff ? Thanks for enlightening me! -
Help me to understand?

The global points. What was so different that one had a bunch of global points and the other had 0? -
I'm not complaining at all - just want to be clear - because I realized I don't actually understand how points work when I thought I did. When I go here I have an entry that places me third for 8x Ryzen 7 3800X GPUPI for CPU - 1B ranking. That gets me this: When I click on the the link for the entry that has 5th spot for 8x Ryzen 7 3800X GPUPI for CPU - 1B ranking I see this: How does that work? Help me to understand? Thanks in advance! Marco

Hi SF, My replacement Z790 Apex came in last week - had to wait an entire 1.5 months from payment to delivery but I finally got around to installing it into my daily driver a few days ago and wow - this board is memory overclock easy mode! That being said, I tried to replicate your settings above and had no problem posting and getting into OS but stability tests failed. I'm certain it is related to third and maybe secondary timings and was wondering if you had a screenshot you could share of your memtweak app? As always, thanks for your contributions to the community!

Please delete the following score - I accidentally filed it under Geekbench 5 when it should have been Geekbench 3. Apologies. https://hwbot.org/submission/5138993_ Marco
