Don't know. I beleive GraduS is the best Russian speaking specialist in overclocking of S370 - he says tonicom PC150 and bgas from kingmax/ncp are the ones to look for >200FSB memory.
Hmmm.....I have these and they seem to clock about the same as my plain old Crucials. I'll have to work harder on them I guess.

I have this verification url from futuremark :
http://www.3dmark.com/pcm05/3166149'>http://www.3dmark.com/pcm05/3166149
and hwbot uploader says it is not a correct pattern because it should be :
http://www.3dmark.com/pcm05/ numbers
I think its the correct pattern, then whats the problem ?
uploaded a single result to futuremark.com and copy pasted the link...
Take out the 'WWW.' and it'll work fine.

So official ruling is that we don't need CPUz anymore? Just need to know if this sub is competition legal or not before submitting mine.
Still waiting too brah.
-
I've already heard and seen enough. Bottom line is you have no CPU-Z validation and the rules state that you need one.
It's up to the staff. If this sub stays, you can bet I'll submit without a CPU-Z validation also. That's a fact.
-
Your excuse doesn't even make any sense. Why would you run a divider on a ram clock contest? The object of a divider is to keep the ram in check while running a higher FSB, thus lowering the ram speed. If anything you should be running the 133's, just to keep the PCI bus closer to normal.
Who do you think you're trying to BS Austin, some noob?
-
-
TR, you don't need a CPU-Z validation for Pifast. You DO need one for ram speed in the comp. That was my only beef with the submission. If that rule is negated by the mods, I'll be sure to post up a much higher ram speed in the SDRAM class.
-
No prejudice involved. Your ram speed may indeed be valid, but without any verification other than basically your word, the submission is unacceptable. Everybody else has to have proof, so do you.
I'll check out your claim later. I do have a 1.4 Tualatin or two that will go.
-
Calling BS. I have the board.
Unacceptable submission reported.

Wondering if this would also be an issue if this was a feature on one of the "supporting" brands product.
Why wouldn't it?
You think Asus is just being picked on?

If it's clear that it's bugged, then it's not allowed. However, if nothing has been decided 24h from now I'll personally check any score with this driver.
it's RIDICULOUS that this was mentioned 3 YEARS ago and no action was taken:mad: Good lord...
Noted.
I'm not using it. It's obviously not rendering everything. Too much chance of controversy. I don't need that.
-
No thoughts on the 97.44 driver?
Old thread with screenshots: http://hwbot.org/news/1679_turrican_wins_oc_challenge_of_january_10_challenge_big_success
Found this one as well, so I guess it's not allowed: http://hwbot.org/news/1849_update_rules_bugged_driver_rule_elaborated
PS: Or allowed?
I get that it's allowed after I read that link. Now I'll be using it until I get a definitive answer telling me that I can't. I haven't submitted any runs on it yet.
-
Not sure how much would be the difference if we were using intel cpus.
My cpu clock is more than enough, but still can't touch the top scores even with higher vga clocks.
It might be my lack of skills, though...
Both of us though?
We're not idiots. We're just missing something. Still plenty of time to figure it out.

Card is hammered. That's as good as it gets.
Question should be, "What's up with the low scores on GF2 and 256?"
I can't score worth a damn on either of these cards. It's really frustrating.
-
Sorry Pete. That is a fact. Submission deleted by me.

w1zzard, I was running some benchmarks in TinyXP yesterday (testing vs. some of my other OSes) and I got the same error that I linked earlier. I can't seem to get it to work
Subbed for possible fix. It doesn't work on any of my XP OS's.

Bad CPU-Z version.........
-
Are Quadro NV40 cores acceptable. They are the equiv. of a 6 series all.
Just photoshop the GPU-Z. You remember how, right?
-
The rule pages are an easy fix. Should have been done as the rules/requirements changed.
The code bugs are a bigger concern. They're multiplying faster than they're getting fixed.
Before anybody gets cranky reading this, yes I know it's only a 2 guy operation, but the existing problems should take precedence over any new projects.

my Gainward GS
Thanks for reminding me I had one of these. I'll have to dig that out.

You can't beat me on DDR anyway, so...not a big deal
I'll give you a go. You know I'm always close.
