  1. Jimmy great result and super efficient. At the same clocks i cannot break 1200, any tricks to share? I replicated your setup and get 119X
  2. This should have been a poll PJ. Anyhow, for no details and no submission via alternate PC i vote no. I'm fine for it to be a paid bench
  3. I gotta say it - these charts in no way help people to decide which motherboard to use for 980x overclocking
  4. Might it be fair to say that those results sdont tell air/water users much at all? I mean, the three best boards in there rate pretty poorly in those "results" and its likely because the people benching them are the extreme OC'ers who dont submit air/water results.
  5. I think visible threads and visible names. If someone wants anonymity they can always PM you
  6. Yeah, it feels really good at those clocks and i'll be pushing for more tomorrow!
  7. Picked up an Asus one of these in Taipei for shits-n-giggles. Let me see what i can do about that mem CB
  8. Im really sick of hearing the words "Fighter", "Warrior", etc etc in overclocking competitions and leagues. They sound ridiculous and have nothing to do with using a PC or competing in OCing. Please please please do not call the top league "Ultimate Fighter League" - something more like "Ultimate Overclocker League" is more appropriate
  9. GPU RAM is worth a lot with this card. Unfortunately i top out around 1300...
  10. Was still a problem all day today when i checked. I will try. I was trying to upload a regular 3D05 submissio with screenshot, with a link to youtube video. It also failed when i didnt use the link.
  11. I keep getting this when trying to upload: HTTP Status 500 - type Exception report message description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request. exception javax.servlet.ServletException: org.apache.commons.fileupload.FileUploadException: Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. 12. I think dissallowing point generation from the next wave of ES (i.e. anything that is not retail now) is the best implementation method (if hwbot decide to remove boints).
  13. I do not like competing with retail against someone who has binned 20+ ES for free and benching 6.7GHz vs my 'regular' 6.1. That said i still love seeing those results, thus my vote was obvious
  14. http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=767725 '03 bugged run. COmpare to my 156k result at higher CPU and GPU clocks.
  15. Once a score has been moderated, i am not able to delete it. Is there a way to get them deleted? E.g. i would like to delete: http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=744854 I would like to clean up my benchmarks so that only the top scores for each of my hardware entries remain (lowering my results total and hence improving my points/result ratio).

    Poll

wouldnt it make sense to have overclocking as one of the options for 3)
  17. unfortunately all your scores are AMD so i cant try
  18. Probably because most benchers dont think finding some obscure 1995 CPU that no one else has benched SuperPI on, running it once and getting #1, as skillful or interesting.

    benching rant

So, what is your opinion on using a PATA HDD for 3d benching? Or even Windows XP for that matter?
  20. Thanks for this notification. Its a particularly notorious and sometime hard to spot 'cheat'.
