Portable Benchmarks: all-in-one benchmark installer
thebanik replied to GENiEBEN's topic in Benchmark software
Downloading now.... -
You have not mentioned which software you are using to raise the clocks? The problem might be software and not the card
-
Waiting eagerly because I have not been able to wrap my head around this benchmark

I guess competition is between you and Gyrock anyways. So Best of luck to you two. Best graphic card I have is GTX280, -

All points count to your hardware rank. For your league rank only the best 15 Global and best 20 Hardware submission count. -

Just to let you know its not a small bug. But its happening with every profile. There has been no ranking change in atleast XOC for the last 4-5 days which is sort of impossible IMO. -
Same thing is happening with me too. I just assumed that the chip's IMC is getting flaky. Works ok till about -80C. Once the temps drop below that, even bringing it back to -80C and higher does not remove the issue in my case. This happens in Slot 2 in my case. P.S. No condensation in the slot, Ram though is not under LN2 but have tried covering it with arteraser and paper towel so as to rule out condensation.

There are times when these benchmarks simply stop working on an OS, and though there might be a solution, but reinstalling the OS seems to be the simplest solution which works for most,

Haswell 4670K/4770K Batch and Serial Numbers
thebanik replied to Massman's topic in Haswell (Z87/Z97) OC
Lol, there is so much fail in that, that I find it hilarious. Ofcourse its not about you loud_silence. The chip is good and all, but seems like Haswell is so pathetic that we all have been relegated to compete in 5G challenges rather than compete for the best result, -
Personally I do not mind the awards and do not overly place an importance on them while reading reviews. Being a reviewer myself (ofcourse of a more regional website) I feel if the Cons of a product have been highlighted properly then Rating/Award is useless (not so much for the reviewer, because he can remain in the good books of the manufacturer without cheating the readers). This is ofcourse for products which atleast manage to do what they set out to claim at a decent price. There are exceptions ofcourse where I personally have sent the results to manufacturer, and there have been cases where they have opted out of getting the Review Published. This is like a courtesy which reviewer can give to the manufacturer for timely delivery of review samples.

Haswell 4670K/4770K Batch and Serial Numbers
thebanik replied to Massman's topic in Haswell (Z87/Z97) OC
So 4.6Ghz with 1.16 Volts is good, Hyper pi and Linx stable? 4.8Ghz even till 1.22V is not possible though, working on it still. A decent chip would require how much for 5Ghz 4c/8t? -
Its SOLD. Thanks hwbot for the space.
-
Express Mail International has option of your own package with 36 inch length and 79 inch girth for 65$. Would be interested in all (we can negotiate on the price later, ) of these infact but just want to ask why havent you benched them apart from the 5870?
-
Not so simple, . Was a review sample, already confirmed the board received is working. Though I guess there is no other viable solution.
-
hmmm....didnt feel like it. Will check it thoroughly. In your experience that can create specific code 55 issue? Infact since I know over-tightening the CPU cooler can create issues, I even tried without really securing the heatsink and just placing it on top of the CPU, though with no luck.
-
Urgently need some help here. Getting Code 55 continuously on the mobo. I know its related to memory or CPU IMC. Have changed 12 sticks of memory, 1 at a time in all the ports. Have tried 2 CPUs. Ofcourse have cleared CMOS, switched dual BIOS switch. Its supposedly new mobo which even booted once, was in Windows installing drivers etc when the computer hung and since then its giving this error message. BIOS was on its default settings so no overclocking has ever been done on this motherboard. Is it possible that the motherboard is dead? Or am I missing any troubleshooting step?

My Fluke 52 recently died, but bought a replacement fluke just yesterday, this would have saved money so nicely,
-
The only problem being shipping to India, . Which on ebay is unrealistic.
-
Comeon, its not that costly, . Anyways just for you, , price dropped to 350 Euros shipped through normal trackable courier. 375 Euros for DHL/Fedex/Bluedart etc.
