The Rage
I don't think I've ever really raged at my gear before but this weekend really tested me. Too much dead gear for my liking. Was ready to pick up my pc by the pot and send it flying out of my window. I ended up pouring a big drink instead.

I'm already out of the game I think. Mounted pot to my 7970 and booted fine, kept it around 20-25c, started overclocking the cpu to an easy 5.5ghz and about an hour in the pc rebooted, and looped with the Ab error code. Pulled it all down and went to bed last night, woke up again this morning to test and got the same thing. Put a DMM on 7970 and no voltage at all, blue lights only coming on for half a second on initial power. Pot contact was good and had a good fan strapped to the back of the card. Can't even buy these things now, everywhere in Aus is out of stock with no ETA.

General rules not applicable to all individual benchmarks..? Here, the sample screenshot for a 3DMark03 run clearly indicates that the memory tab is optional. Pulled from the 3DMark03 rules page. While I'd agree that a memory tab is a good thing to include, I don't believe it is against the rules to not supply one in this case. http://www.hwbot.org/blog/wp-content/clipboard05.jpg

Asus M5A99X-EVO - cpu overvoltage..i hate you!
Disable F1 required upon error or something along those lines. It will still show the "error" but it will skip right past it and boot.
