  1. I've tried to submit two scores... it all went well until it came time to actually upload the submission. It seems like the upload times out (only one image attached, not large) and it gets stuck at a blank page with the address http://hwbot.org/submit/create. Just me? I tried IE and Chrome.
  2. Awesome! Too bad I bought 05 and 06
  3. Dishwasher all the way!
  4. Hmmm... hope they don't expect you to set 2D records with that stuff (except frequency).
  5. From my contact at GB a few days before launch: Not sure when the rest are getting the new BIOSes.
  6. All prices are going to rise because of it. This supposedly affects 15% of the world's DRAM production.
  7. Cool!
  8. Based off initial reports from Schmuckley, I decided to do a bit of testing into this issue myself. To replicate, do the following: In the OS, hit F7 to save your validation file Change the clockspeeds (or cause speedstep to kick in) and hit F7 a few more times Go to valid.canardpc.com to validate your files Submit your first validation (it should work) Wait a few minutes and try to submit any other validation (hint: you'll get the error "This ID is invalid") First sub (works) Second sub (doesn't work) I could use a few more people testing! Since 1.65 is about lose validation capabilities, it would be great if we could figure out a way around this.
  9. So 3000 9-12-12 with some tight subs should actually be able to compete with Samsung? Or the secondary and tertiary timings can't get tight enough?
  10. Are you talking about when going to validate them or when trying to save a validation in the OS? If you're talking about online, it's been that way as far as I can remember. I lost a 6.8GHz submission because I submitted it within a few seconds of a 6.6GHz sub. No matter how many times I submitted it after that, it always brought up the 6.6 sub.
  11. For country/team cups? IBE please don't let me down!
  12. It is possible for benchmarks to run really slowly. Any of these could have happened: Chosen the wrong amount of threads Run the benchmark from another hard drive The CPU could have throttled The voltage could (and probably was) read wrong by CPU-Z.
  13. This score was submitted in January of 2011. It is also submitted in the Extreme Overclocking League. The XOL does not require photos of the system, only the Enthusiast League does. Basically, this is a very inefficient WPrime run. He probably had the benchmark on another HDD and it had to spin up at the start, hence the extremely slow time. I've done it myself with WPrime. Calling it a cheat, especially since he gets no points for it, is a bit of a stretch. Reporting it is just silly.
  14. If these are single-sided 2GB sticks, I don't think they can be BBSE. As far as I know, BBSE only comes in 1Gbit (128MB) IC's meaning it takes 16 chips to make a 2GB stick.
  15. This idea is perfect Do you include any of the extra stuff, like Batch, CB, etc?
  16. ASRock sold to Zila!
  17. Rather than separating them, perhaps they could just be more accented, like a box around the field that is red until it's filled in, then it turns greeg. As of now, there's an asterisk next to the required fields and it's explained towards the bottom of the page.
  18. Dammit. That's twice I've seen them and twice I've opted against downloading them. Not like I need them... I don't even have X79. Makes me feel special to have secret warez
