  1. Martijn does it better (that is what Nedernakker told me)
  2. Well DrWEEEZZZZZZZ depending on what is going on it can be quite fun to commentary. Like HiVizman said if there's plenty of action going on it can be very entertaining to watch. If however if its like at the gathering at Computex, not much was going on. Thus to keep the crowd than happy is another ballpark. We need small time frames with plenty of warranted action!
  3. Same here man already pm'ed the masters
  4. mmm seems I have the first edition of the 4890 TOP with MLCC cap, yet can't access the voltages via any software than smartdoc...
  5. True words , I think the event in Poitiers showed that a nerv braking time limit enhances the pressure big time , but also the spectacle. Like I said before watching a guy doing re-run after re-run, crash after crash is hard to comment on and is hardly entertaining if this happens during hours I liked the dreamhack thing where benchers would bench a particular setup and then swap seats to take control of the other setup.
  6. Plz make sure for HWBOT prime, no runs on Windows 8 or later due to RTC bug. For the score validation: make sure the needed CPU tabs are opened in the screenshot. A tip for HWBOT prime: move the save window around first than press the save button. This will make sure the HWBOT prime score is visible in the screenshot. Keep on pushing it!
  7. We luv you Sam, plz come back!
  8. It can be very boring to watch when someone tries to beat a score and crashing 150 times... If you could prepare and it will all work out in one or two runs it would be okay, but I haven't done many of them latter sessions to be honest
  9. try to see if you can run tight on the tertiary timings with the hypers on the UP7... the ASUS board will be just fine prolly...
  10. I just had lesser efficiency on Z77 than on P67, clocks were similar, Z77 just didn't like my GTX2 Hypers that much... and UP7 is all about Samsung...
  11. Awesome run man!! Top notch hardware bundled with awesome cooling gear and the right man behind the keyboard... lethal combo
  12. My XP is a 32bit version. Now I did a run with wprime1024 at 6257Mhz. I was always loosing core 2 sadly, no matter the voltages or temps... These are done at -117°C. This CPU coldbugs at +/- -121°c. Thanks 8pack for selling these babies...
  13. Doesn't seem so as I can't acess Voltage control via anything besides SmartDoc
  14. I really need to know how some got it working Too hot too solder here
  15. lo all, this software has been doing my head in for the last couple of days. Working fine on XP , but trying to get this software to run on windows 64bit is a serious pain in the buttocks. "Can't detect an ASUS videocard or failed to detect GPU error messages" Wanting to run some old crossfire cards in my typical scatter benching mode . I tried numerous other software (AB(x), GPUtool, Trixx,...) windows 7 32/64bit, Win7 SP0/1 and several old legacy drivers. It seems Smartdoctor is the only one to give software acess to the GPU voltage. Concerned cards are the ASUS 5850 TOP and the 4890 TOP series... Googling the web gave some pointers to install it as administrator and Vista compatibility mode. Though to no avail... Before pulling out the soldering tool I just want to know if anyone else has got this software to properly run on windows 7 64bit.
  16. Things you can check: Does the H60 radiator get warm ? If not, the contact is bad between the AIO and the CPU OR the contact between the cores and the IHS is bad. In the last case you have to delid the CPU to get better temperatures (void warranty) If the radiator gets warm maybe double the fans on the H60 (Push and pull configuration)
  17. Well done Ian... any mods needed on the card ?
