  1. impressive BCLK for a SandyBridge, can only imagine what the score would be with Hypers
  2. Actually, you don't even need to look at the cap arrangement to verify if these are SS or not. Vertical code - symbols 4 to 6 indicate number and manufacturer of ICs used. http://img.hwbot.org/u31047/image_id_1038878.jpeg H = Hynix, 08 = eight ICs, single-sided http://content.hwigroup.net/images/products/xl/161001.jpg S = Samsung, 16 = sixteen ICs, dual-sided
  3. Alby seems to have lost quite a bit of weight in the last month or so
  4. come on, Gandalf. There is still room for improvement
  5. simple, if he doesn't find 4.8 special, make him a lowball offer just bought a L319B526 Pentium G3220, so far (on BBSE and PSC) the IMC feels very strong
  6. from what I've seen so far, 2666C11 should be dual-sided Samsung D-rev
  7. those are some godlike mems if they can keep those timings up to 6.4-6.5GHz CPU
  8. The PSU rule looks like an even bigger joke. Yes, they have the rights to demand it (it's their marketing money and so on) but in which way were they planning to impose any verification other than pic of the rig, which might not even have been running?
  9. I just locally bought a s775 DDR3 board for SPD flashing, I won't cheat as well.
  10. Kingston engineers my ass, for reasons mentioned by websmile above. - in a proper system, memory will be on LN2 so system picture won't tell anything - memory picture doesn't actually say that Kingston memory was in use - SPD can be reflashed Cheating memory brand is very simple, do you really think noone will do it with $10k on the line?
  11. Excuse me, but how is hwbot going to enforce the rule where everyone has to use Kingston memory? As far as I know, they never made any retail HyperX using single-sided MFR or PSC, which are the top choices for stages #1 and #2.
  12. looks like a fake, time difference between his 'air' and 'LN2' runs is 10mins, plus the FSB numbers look a bit too even
  13. good luck with the rev 6!
  14. wow, I've never seen BFR on 2400 11-11-11 before, always thought it's low-binned Samsung
  15. @Trouff, I will be flying from Schiphol
  16. Time is correct but I arrive in Domodedovo, not Sheremetievo.
  17. so these chips are no better on LN2 than the 'regular' FX-8xxx?
  18. Some boards, like ASUS and ASRock, only apply (raise) CPU multiplier during OS bootup. If your OS is too chopped then it won't trigger the multiplier change and boot at stock.
  19. 404 Enterprises, eh?
  20. what is your current best score in this Benchmark?
