  1. I guess the only basis on which MFR valuerams would be allowed is them having a decent enough availability for a long enough period of time, otherwise we're in the same situation as with MFR 2666C11.
  2. do 2666C11 really need 1.85V just to do 1333 10-12-12? even 1.65V is an overshoot in most cases
  3. Let me know if you find any that can do 32M at 1400 10-13-12 under 1.75V on air
  4. This is by far the highest CFR suicide run I've ever seen ... not something you'd expect from Kingston How does this set do with low-timings on air?
  5. Doesn't say anything about Samsung-based sticks, so I guess those are allowed.2666C11 is no easy spec for MFR. May be your HyperX fail it and you can get your money back from RMA
  6. I guess the rule to disallow MFR-based 2666C11 was made on the basis that some resellers still have some Samsung-based kits in stock so there's no way for people in some regions to obtain the prior.
  7. SniperOZ's 32M of 311.703s is a 135.85% factor of the reference 423.441s. Multiply that by 0.4 (weight of the benchmark) and you get the 54.34%. % sign might indeed be confusing, think of it as points: in 32M you get 40 points for matching the ref score and 0.4 points for every percent, for which you improve it.
  8. t0lsty is becoming a new elmor - two events in two weeks
  9. If you need eight SATA ports, what's the matter with PCI/PCI-E SATA controllers? Might end up cheaper to find than an obscure old board.
  10. impressive BCLK for a SandyBridge, can only imagine what the score would be with Hypers
  11. Actually, you don't even need to look at the cap arrangement to verify if these are SS or not. Vertical code - symbols 4 to 6 indicate number and manufacturer of ICs used. http://img.hwbot.org/u31047/image_id_1038878.jpeg H = Hynix, 08 = eight ICs, single-sided http://content.hwigroup.net/images/products/xl/161001.jpg S = Samsung, 16 = sixteen ICs, dual-sided
  12. Alby seems to have lost quite a bit of weight in the last month or so
  13. simple, if he doesn't find 4.8 special, make him a lowball offer just bought a L319B526 Pentium G3220, so far (on BBSE and PSC) the IMC feels very strong
  14. from what I've seen so far, 2666C11 should be dual-sided Samsung D-rev
  15. those are some godlike mems if they can keep those timings up to 6.4-6.5GHz CPU
