Apparently there is also a workaround where you leave the main menu option for SOC on auto and set the SOC inside the AMD CBS Overclocking menu, I haven't tried this yet but should be possible to check via e.g. zentimings in-O.S. if it's really setting above 1.3.

A couple of reruns might even do it -
For noobs like me, what's V-cache? I thought it's the extra L3 on X3D chips but you are running non-X3D here. Do you mean ramdisk?

Wow this subforum is empty, only 7 total posts 1 year after launch and one of those is mine Anyway, let's have a thread for the Tachyon. Now that AGESA 1.0.0.7b and especially AGESA 1.0.0.7c are out, memory OC is flying on this thing. I am doing 8000 through all benches even with locked PMIC @ 1.43 VDD / VDDQ ? Maybe if we're lucky the likes of @sergmann will chime in with some XOC BIOSes, unfortunately the current retail ones like F8d are limited to 1.3 Vsoc which isn't enough to kill CB on LN2.

So close to the big 200k -
Alright now it's starting to click with me, so non-APUs of any core count 3000 and 5000 series have these voltages but 4000 / 5000 series APUs don't. Anything to kill CB on those chips then besides blasting Vsoc?

Nice. Time for a magic USB moment -
Hmm not exactly sure by what's meant with a monolitic die but I had -140 CB on 5350GE and the only volts I know that do anything to move that are IOD/CCD. On the Dark Hero for example with 5300G I had access to these voltages.

I am using the Hero (Wifi) cold but I couldn't find the VDDG CCD / IOD voltages which are critical to reduce coldbug. I am on the latest retail BIOS, do I need to go back to the ancient extreme BIOS in the OP? I remember when I had the Hero Dark it had those voltages even in the retail BIOS.
