if your screenshots are 1280x1024 you can easily put them on the 1920x1080 wallpaper, will do just fine

That's probbably because the CPU you have is an ES only and doesn't have any retail SKU. What's written on the chip knut? QLVM right?

Yes that's a known bug. Unfortunately our programming force is not available at the moment so I dont know when it will be fixed but hopefully soon because it is very annoying. The way around is to use prep fields then edit your submission and put the clocks (fields are unlocked).
