  1. slighty 3D prehaps, that mean 2k1 , 2k3 , 2k5 and aqua ...for sure not vantage or 2k6 , 3dm2011 ...depens alot of cooling, they are very hot cpu ..at 1.65 is disaster ...because they use 2x layer of TIM , DELTA T is huge!,also how your cascade can hold his internal load temps( not evap load that you see on thermometer - between that and internal temps you calculated your DELTA) , mine for 3D already tryed and stable at 6450mhz .. you need to give a try and you will know for sure what chip/cooling can do!
  2. hwb prime is not an good reference to see potetial of your cooling , try an cinebench R11.5 or R15 , i use anyway wrong JRE here ,so my chip are fully stable this bench at 6300 same volts on my cascade unit! 6 ghz easy cache ! , yes delided.. that was only an pretest before LN2 .

  4. tested this chip today under cascade 1.55v DMM / also cache can do easy 6 ghz! will be tested on ln2 ..
  5. i solder always on my boards 2 wires( +VCC and GND) from MLCC back side socket to read with accuraty on my DMM , even some board has vcore check points ... on Hero if you use LLC lv5 you got a bit undervolt in load! if used llc lv7 you got 30 -35mv overvolt that you set in bios! also chip can do 5 ghz uncore on air and max tested was 5200 core at 1.28vcore cinebench R15!

  8. Mora 3 is not an normal watercooling buddy , that is king of the hill when we speak about watercooling , normal watercooling is an AIO cooler! if you sell that by someone that say will hit same clock´s on his "normal" watercooling will have a big surprise!
  9. regarding your video , temps in heavy load at 1.424v ( depends of llc can be more ) instead increase they decrease at some point ... and temp increase are very slowly! are you sure tell us all about your cooling solution ?
  10. yes, -120 to 125*C measured out evap(suction) , that mean superheat, measured the evaporator base( deep with hole) is -115C , if you know how to build an strong cascade ...don´t need LN2 at all
  11. Thanks. I manage this card to ran vantage at 1400 core clock ,but was not easy at all. She ran perfectly without artifacts even at 1450, but got frezzing when bench intensity charge load on the chip , example gt1 when ship take off, or gt2 when rockets explode...vrm are to weak for gf114.
