I have an odd problem that I can't view my hardware library. I can view other people's with no issue but my own is nothing but a blank screen. Anyone else run into this problem?

Yea, I know, same happened to me. The hardware I was planning on using doesn't even arrive until tomorrow. Fooled by the banner.

Is the timer correct on this contest? Two of the stages say they end in 4 days, one says 8 days, and the title says the contest ends on Mar 10, 12 days away. Are the stages staggered or everything ends on Mar 10, like the banner says?

Personally would love to see an AGP category that doesn't include 775 Core 2/Quad or AM2+/AM3 chips, or perhaps just ban all Asrock motherboards from the competition....

I am on the fence about how well this work. On one hand I see the incentive to overclockers and to HWBOT but there are definitely some problems. I think they are stated pretty well above, from the increased incentive to cheat to rules lawyering to the actual scaring away of participants. Perhaps the Challenger Series isn't the place to introduce this idea. Maybe start with a couple of cash competitions and see how it rolls out. I think you might want to keep the entry and payout low to decrease that incentive for cheating and you might want to pick hardware that is more mainstream rather than high end. Hopefully with a smaller prize and non-4770k/290x/780Ti competition the binning should be minimal.

How does HWBOT plan on dealing with well known (or unknown for that matter) team accounts? Since team accounts are allowed on HWBOT will a team account be allowed to join the Challenger Series. I very much think it is a good thing for a competitive series that provides some individual recognition instead of the usual heavy emphasis on team play.

If your score B beats score A, then the system will automatically only account for Score B. Score A will still be on the system but for the contest only Score B will be recognized

Its good to have a competition that doesn't require the usual binned newest generation stuff. Plenty of other competitions like that. Besides your Team Points are calculated by all your hardware, no need to turn this one into who has the best sponsorship.

Yes, this one. The intro seems to suggest a single core processor but the stage states that it is x1 CPU, meaning I can use a 8350? Looks like a great competition!
