did you try to recalculate the achivement directly? when you click on an achivement there is a recalculate button on the right side for it.

if the card doesn't support 32bit rendering you are not allowed to run those benchmarks which have 32bit as default. (3dmark01) 3dmark99 and 00 are fine because default is only 800x600x16bit and 1024x768x16bit. it doesn't matter what the benchmarks sets itself because of the hardware limitation. default is 1024x768x32bit in 01 and nothing else. i'm sorry.
