  1. What clock generator has your Tekram P5M4-M+ motherboard? Is it W83194R-67? Max of this clockgenerator is 124 MHz?
  2. Very nice score ! Congratulations. What motherboard did you used? What vCore ?
  3. BTW, I have tested about >200 sticks. Only ~15 can do above 200 MHz @CL3. It is so poor number of mems. The best are 128 and 256 MB sticks. I have one Crucial CL2 133, it can do ~170 MHz @ CL2, but only ~205 MHz @ CL3.
  4. Congratulations! I'm supprised to see a default power section. What vNB and vMem? Best mems in the world!
  5. kotori I saw your video and I see that your windows is turning on very long (0:40 - 1:03 on youtube). That is probably because of service "Event Log" turned off. If you turn it on, will be faster
  6. kotori-san thanks alot. Acpi=1 to acpi=0 helped me. I am able to do validation files now.
  7. There is no bug. Just installed Win XP, editted cpuz.ini -> ACPI=1 to ACPI=0. Now it is working kotori wrote this idea here.
  8. Thanks, but i used Crucial CL2 wich has done 206 MHz, so 1:1 divider is good. I noticed lower fsb while using 133:100. I'm using GF4 x8 which can work with >100 MHz AGP stable. Only this motherboard was the limit. I have a Celeron Tualatin 256 kB 133/1300 MHz. As far as I remember, it was working with CUSL2-C two years ago without problems. Maybe your processor has got burned cache. Try to turn it off in bios.
  9. I have done this mod lots of times ~25-30, always working on CUSL2-C and on Via based CUV4X-M. I always use insulation from copper wire (AWG26-30 ?), cut it to small ~0.4 cm parts and putting it on pins. If those not squash while putting CPU to socket, then it works and pins are insulated.
  10. As I wrote above: I was using setfsb with this: http://sourceforge.net/p/lfsb/feature-requests/4/#f37e Here some useful informations: http://hwbot.org/submission/2495761
  11. As I wrote, I have the problem on GA-5AX, weird frequency fluctuations and no validation files.
  12. kotori-san thanks for advice will check it soon. stermy57 good idea to start this thread. Maybe other overclockers will help us.
  13. Try to do vNB mod (chipset volt mod). It should do ~400 MHz with higher voltage. I can help you doing this mod, just write me private message on hwbot forum
  14. BTW. It is Evil Inside bios. Thanks Gigio for advice, I'll try I was using CUSL2-CA bios (with audio) -> 173 MHz (??), after update to CUSL2-C (W/out audio (also evil inside)) -> 177 MHz. Maybe "full" CUSL2 will be better.
  15. Yes I modded CUSL2-c like this: Without connecting Vss to Vid_25_mv Insulate three pins and connect PWRGD (not insulated) to VttPWRGD (which is insulated). I was using small cable. It's good to make the insulated pins holes bigger. I was using this sophisticaded tool: LINK
  16. @UP I'm having the same problem on GA-5AX. No way to make a validaton file. Will try with bios. EDIT: For example this:
  17. Hi, I have found these: in database there are two motherboards: 775v88 and 775v88+ After search it , the sites for these motherboards are bounded some way. (775v88 is directing to 775v88+). (There are two AsRock motherboards in real) I have also some bugged results: http://hwbot.org/submission/2507312 - No HTPP http://hwbot.org/submission/2525130 - No HTPP http://hwbot.org/submission/2525135 - No HTPP http://hwbot.org/submission/2525139 - No HTPP http://hwbot.org/submission/2525140 - No HTPP Recalculating makes no difference. Why is it bugged? Few weeks ago everything was working
  18. Ok I found this: http://holicho.lib.net/wcpuidv3/wcpuidv3.htm but it's not on HWBot.
  19. Your memory clock is 200 MHz. DDR PC-400 = 200 MHz. DDR2 PC2-800 = 400 MHz real. It's very hard to achieve.
  20. Your memory clock is 405 MHz. DDR2 PC2-810 = 405 MHz. DDR2 PC2-1620 = 810 MHz real.
  21. I have an Intel Q965 based mobo and it seems to be a little slower than P965 at the same frequencies. Maybe the difference between GM45 and PM45 is the same thing. I'm not going to buy other motherboard. What vCore and vNB did you used? (BTW I still do not know, why my Elpida mems are running at those timings ) Thanks
