My contact is awesome. I've been trying to get hold of her three times to have my invoice adjusted (nothing is according to my contract), apparently she senses that and doesn't pick up the phone.
I'll check though.
EDIT: Okay, I checked with her now. First good news is that my invoice is adjusted according to my deal. The second, more relevant, piece of news is that she's checking for someone at Linde HQ who can set up some sort of deal, she'd get back to me ASAP.
