to avoid import fees you would have to send it as something which was worth $10-20 or something depending on the country, so it would not be insured or whatever if it got lost or damage in post. i know in uk you get charge 30% extra for import like that.

Well someone could run on a 3970x and divide it by 2 to get a rough idea.
