Oh, FINALLY My find is being taken seriously.
It is this simple:
If someone uses FERMI SILICON with nVidia 300-series drivers, thery are capped at 999MHz core.
I say Fermi SILICON because the GT630 uses GF108. Because it is 6-series, it needs 300-series drivers- so the MHz cap is there.
OLDER cards- GT2xx are NOT affected. It is Fermi ONLY.
