Not really, it's a thick 560 with x8 140's in push pull with good paste. 32m is very low load and 1.18v is nothing. Quite ordinary tbh and defo not comparable with an AIO! Even CB15 on stock doesn't hit 50deg. You need better cooling! 4770k reserved till tomorrow.
