Tonight will be trying my best with this modules. wytiwx, i'm sure the IC's are Nanya D-Die because they have an elongated shape and match with nanyas in size. afaik ProMOS IC's was longer, another good 2gbit elongated DDR2 IC's i don't know. Also a little known IC's are Qimonda C-Die, overclocks like Nanyas, because Nanya and Qimonda were partners at that time and were producing identical IC's by the same technology node, but Qimonda C-Die are quite rare DRAMs. I haven't removed heatsink.

Max benchable frequency is somewhere about 1500-1540MHz for 1.8V, 1580-1600MHz for 2.2V, 1600-1620MHz 7-8-8 for 2.45V (And minus ~80MHz for the second module) . IC's are most likely Nanya D-Die Single-Rank. :)

What's the frequency was on air cooling?
