  1. Last i heard it had to do with caps superconducting at super cold temps. Their efficiency increases a ton
  2. best bet is to make one yourself, its not that hard really just have to get a freezer compressor, cooling head, and condenser. I am sure there are people on XS that would help.
  3. damn, I reeeeally need to make it to an event someday.
  4. pretty sure you are fine. extreme cooling is only for those using dice, ln2, or liquid HE
  5. 2x 780Ti KPE cards. best of 5. pretty close one has high ASIC and one has low ASIC high one is pretty easy and probably make a good gamer card, unfortunately its covered in Dielectric grease and I didn't get a chance to freeze it so it was all for nothing. Works fine though, I am using it now to game on a little. one has an acrylic waterblock, one has a acetal waterblock. they are both flashed with the skyn3t bios 1.3v dmm for the nonDE card for +400mhz and 1.25 for the one with grease on it. I didn't really play with the memory on either. http://i.imgur.com/rAC3SWY.jpg http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/7319314? 400$+shipping a piece with block shipping intl is about 60$ New price: 360shipped to US

I tested it last night. It did r15 first power on. With xmp and 4.5ghz preset no probs. My sticks are c16 3333 as well so not super easy. Its pretty much sold now, just some formalities left.
  16. I want some of these ddr4 and am prepared to pay for them... only sticks I can get ahold of, worthwhile, are c15 3200 g.skill so I would much rather pay a premium for something that is premium PM top discuss price no corsair dom plats as I am 90% sure you can't effectively freeze them

never used it, I got a soc champ by the time I got a x99 chip, so this has been sitting in my cabinet for 6+ months. I never powered it on. I'll check to see it works before shipping. all accesories included. wifi, rog tool, door hanger... manual driver disc, might be short on sli or sata cables but thatd be it. there are a few aesthetic issues with the heatsinks but its not really too noticable. detailed in pics https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sdauef0r6k217bd/AACylWAPOHR65U2NZ1S91fJDa?dl=0 350$+ shipping anywhere Pending Note to any mods: I'd really appreciate it if you dropped the 400$ in the thread title.
  18. yeah I been trying to sell my asrock OCF that doesn't have an OC socket for quite some time now, best offer I got was 175shipped Its really crappy since they sell for so much through retail channels
  19. 1155 is the same as 1150
  20. Price drop. Its the first and last one, I just want it sold so I can move on other stuff.
  21. Yeah core isnt crazy but for daily or memory and general challenges(limited ocs) it is a solid chip.

    estimate 5960X

use XTU for stability. c11.5 isn't that hard to pass and takes less V
  23. eco is generally only 30-50$ but I suppose you could do 70-80 for these I mean 2666 is where the money is at
