  1. That's really a huge score ... I don't see many people go past this one ...
  2. I gained more from increasing the FSB 5MHz than increasing the CPU frequency with 125MHz in GT1 using my Athlon XP .
  3. 3x4850 is correct
  4. Looks like it's meant to have 128: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/9791-geforce-9800-gt-roundup-evga-asus-gigabyte-palit-7.html
  5. CPU frequency matters a bit in GT1, but not at all in GT2/3. Actually, it's more PCI-e to CPU bandwidth that matters.
  6. Result = 121246 Not 124650?
  7. That's right! If you have a backup of a similar score, you better not wait for posting :p

  9. I don't know how it was before, but we hardcoded in rev3 that submissions are ranking by: score, date. So, first the score counts, then whoever submits first. We were thinking about ranking on frequency instead of date ... but it's way to easy to cheat with that.
  10. Well, normally this happens automatically. There's an issue that prevents the 'automatic' to go correctly
  11. No idea. I suppose NF4 would be better, but some NF3 went really crazy.
  12. http://hwbot.org/community/submission/935049_kingpin Same issue again :-/ Fixed it for you, points should be back in no time.
  13. I tried a different approach: light-blocked the 980X score and rescanned for best submissions. You now have the correct points for the correct scores. No.
  14. Hm. The score wasn't detected as "best submission". I forced the engine to rescan and now it's receiving points again. Ranking will update in a few minutes, I think. Score is insane LOL
  15. Shhhht Karl ... I'm *ebaying*
  16. Official thread for the HWBOT OC Challenge February 2010. Questions, remarks and discussion about the contest go in here. If the mainboard you use is NOT present in the HWBOT hardware database, please PM me and I will add it as fast as possible.
  17. Two results are verified. Yes, there's a problem with the 980X score interfering with the points. We'll be fixing the "no-boints" code in the next engine update, so the most easy fix for now would be to remove the 980X score.
  18. Who cares about the score ... that GPU frequency is just NUTS!!
  19. We don't delete accounts. So: no.
  20. I need links to scores
  21. Don't have the board, but I'm pretty confident that the resistor is somewhere in these areas: Trace the socket pin for PEG_RBIAS back to one of the resistors. That should be the one. Socket pin location you can find here
