  1. I also had a look and had a similar problem, I could only find a different board that had a slightly different expansion slot layout.
  2. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Gateway-ALR-Revolution-Quad-6-Motherboard-9941-b-3362-Systemboard-/130453833301?hash=item1e5fa78655 Need to stop us from google image searching it.
  3. It seems to be going in the correct direction (which benchmarks get more global points, example = SuperPi 32M), but I question how high some of the global points are. When points are too easy to get they individually seem worthless and might also detract from benching. If anybody understands what I'm getting at?
  4. Patriot Viper 2500c9 - If these are PSC then other kits have proven to be good on air and average on LN2. Team 2666C10 - Should be good Samsung for air. Geil 2933C11 and G Skill 2400C10 - Both of these could be Hynix, so good for Frequency Validations only. Just my thoughts.
  5. When I have time and Ln2 over the Summer I'll get cracking. But for now I need to take a month or two break.
  6. No, I think as it is at the moment is good. P.S: Any chance for a Haswell one? Or will these be done only for current architecture?
  7. Quick test of my new set of Sammies I got today: http://hwbot.org/submission/3187841 There goes my cold PSC result... Much better wazza on this run though - ran it twice.
  8. Also, 2300C8 bin and same price?
  9. Oh, yeah that was at 5 too. I've never managed to drop it below that. And bullant - I don't think we'll be catching up with you very soon.
  10. Just realised I never posted the results I got when I diced my PSC the 2nd time - 6 weeks ago . Here is my result at 5.5GHz: http://hwbot.org/submission/3133246 And at 4GHz: http://hwbot.org/submission/3182792 One side of the dominator pot seemed to need more topping up than the other so my mount may have been off (used lots of elastic bands). The temps also seemed to differ by 10C-5C depending on which side or end I measured at - so something wasn't right. Thermal paste used was Arctic MX-4, but I didn't put any between the pot and heatspreaders, so... This was at 2.25v I think and I could tighten most tertiaries down to 4 (not WRRD_dr) and reach loop 12. However, I spent ages trying to get 5GHz to pass, so I was running out of time and dry ice by then - this was a bit weird as the same IMC and RAM volts were used for 5.5GHz and 4GHz which both could finish with wazza, but 5GHz would never pass even without wazza.
  11. TBH, we might just have to suck it up and accept some people "cheat" with chillers in the ambient leagues. If you are really bothered consider moving upto extreme maybe? And frequency caps are the easiest way to do comps to try and keep a level playing field with regards to cooling.
