5 minutes, I'm so jealous. I'm at 10+ hours already
-
Very strong Strong !

I see you got 741 at least
I got 741 the day i got the cpu on first try but the save file would not export, tried for another hour never to see it again. Last night I saw a bunch of 741's. I'll give it another go soon
-
Same problem with points here, but with XTU.
-
I've invested about 10 hours this weekend myself and look like a zombie this morning. 741 no problem using mini me, came to the conclusion that my ram is just too stable from 3600-4100mhz lol. Driving me crazy already, I need some sleep
-
Nice one Nick !
-
Roman's in beast mode, crazy result man
-
Nice work, 5g with about a 25% OC on the i3 is nutty !
-
Hey Leeghoofd
I've tried up to 1.8v for 3800 c12 .. but no stability. I think i'll push it a little further and see what happens.
what's the avg max voltage for those b-die mem ?
SÄ«nce the OCF overvolts I would stay under 1.95v bios myself though I do know guys who use around 2.05v real

Bro, if you wish to burn your money, please do.
Now, what I do with my hard earned $$$ is MY BUSINESS.
Let's keep it polite and civilized - OK ?
That was a joke, didn't realize that cartoons offend. I spend crazy money binning ram myself, no harm meant.

Ive been trying to get my TridentZ 3200C14Q-32GTZ @ 3800 and cant get it stable 12-12-12-28-1T. I do get it to boot at 1.65volts but cant get stable for XTU @ 3800
twr17-trfc220-RRD (7-5)- twtr (6-6) - trtp 8- tfaw 19 and tcwl 9 ...those are my settings right now with tRefi of 13600 and tcke 5.
Still a noob at tweaking timings.
Any help would be awesome
btw ... Im using the Z170 OCF MB
If you are on full ATX OCF and not the MOCF, 1T may be the problem. Going over 3600mhz was very hard for me, been a while since I've used that board but think bios update helped
Are you using 32bit OS, if not you better set Maxmem to something like 2048mb or B Die won't work properly
1.65v is usually good for 3600c12 up to 3733 but is very low for 3800, try to raise to 1.7ish.
What are your VCCIO and VCCSA volts set at? Try 1.25 io and 1.30v sa
IO try up to 1.35v if no help and 1.35v+ for SA
Make sure your rtl's and iol's are locked in after the first boot, hit f10 and spam delete get in that bios, dram config, hit pg down 3 times and you'll see them. They need to be in order. For 3800 most likely nee to be set at
50-51-7-6 or 50-51-7-7
I would start with these timings and go from there Yes those two blank one leave auto, the 21/16 in the column across will set them accordingly

And report back!
Uh yeah I wont be doing that, I do have a solder station for smd chips and not trying that either. Adata can take there Bunny$h!t back !

Two bugs to be precise moving the program window during the benchmark to a different spot on your desktop and changing thread priority or reopening the program prior to benchmark. No one cares if it gets cut it's buggy it's useless and they only care about the write score anyway.
Yep, I tried your tweak the day you posted it. Too bad MaxxMem so buggy or you could have road into the sunset as king of MM !
-
How is VR pRon? Any good?
Sure, just make sure to have a 1080 for each eye. No need to get nauseous rocking anything less.
-
32m is like golf, you only need one decent shot and you're hooked
-
Man I came here for info on stabilizing b-die and all I see is dog-poo.
Yes maxxmem is a buggy bench.Be vewy vewy quiet lest it gets cut.
Better benchmarks have already.
Really, we've known this for at least 5 years

Tried having a play with OCF and Elpida BBSE's brother cold. First time using these supposed "rare" BBBG ic mems, new old stock. 8155 pcb, 2200c9-9-9-24 @ 1.55-1.75v. They booted in for me at xmp 1.6v I was looking forward to playing with these, I give them cold and this is what they give me. I'm just happy it wasn't my golden 4770k that popped, that's what I initially thought.

alluminium shuold be quite good, no need to go so down with temp on ddr4
Very true, afr likes cold but not like psc or bdbg. Only one concern I have is make sure it has some mass/weight to it or controlling temps will be impossible with lin.

Are these "new" Sammy's ?
-
Underclocked 42% and still pulls off the win, 128gb vs 64gb give you the edge . So does 50% underclock with 100% more ram equal a tie ?

Do all Ripjaw5 have this surplus number on label? I refer to the 2195 at upperleft
I'm still trying to get some answers on this. I've noticed other RJ V kit's with the same 1550 production date that don't have anything in top left corner. The only kits that I know of with similar s/n are not US kits so maybe that has something to do with it. Maybe they were binned for 2195c12, maybe i'll try since 2100c12 was as high as I've tried and that takes 1.935 real V to get there. One can only dream, right
Edit: guess it was 2110
-
Nice kit bull. I never got to freeze my 2000C6, I may save that for another year or so
Send em this way, I'll freeze em for you.
better yet bring to US LN2 Party and I'll bring some killer psc as well and we can aim for 32m Silver since Bullant's score probably un beatable
-
I've got a new one as well, are you in the US part of the year and Austria the rest? Just wondering because that's what location says.

I just got 00 19 4C for the first time. Not cold, but was lightly prepping for SS, turn rig on for quick check and there it was. Problem was simple and noticed right away, Tiny piece of towel in closest to cpu ram socket. These numbers are what you see right away when starting rig, so must always have something to do with one of the sockets/something major if it can't make it past first 3 steps
