  1. PLL Bandwidth is different than CPU Standy, CPU Standby and PLL Termination is linked, default value for both 1v and difference between both can not more than 450mv, if not you get code "00". PLL Bandwidth level 0 = 1.4V, so level 6 is about 2.78-2.8v. Correct me if im wrong.

From what I understand this is what ASRock settings are in connection to your previous post

    SPEED FASTEST

For my CPU only need this settings, and my settings i think was very high voltage.

    VCore 1.5v @ 5/5

Core PLL 1.8v = CB Killer on ASRock

PLL Termination 1.5v = CPU PLL

Standby Voltage 1.5v = CPU PLL

    PLL Bandwidth Level 6 (2.78v) = VCCPLL

    DMI 1.45v

    VCCSA & VCCIO 1.35v

    Boot @ -80 C

At OS put this setting and pour ln2 slowly to fullpot :

    PLL Termination 1.65v

    Core PLL 2.2v

VCore & Clock is what u need

Will be forced to eat thermal grizzly for every meal.

Sucker, I got MKVIII GTi of course, Eating T.Grizz daily well worth it. Try Aero am, Hydro for lunch and Kryo for dinner. I leave the Conducto for midnight snack if I'm up to it.

  3. I'd say number one for me is IDE mode in the bios, this is limited usally to the OC boards. My MOCF has it under Asmedia sata ports and SOC-Force has it on main sata ports the top two closest to 24 pin . Having PS2 connector/s (y adaptor) make XP life much easier as well as using USB 2.0 card like these by Syba with NEC controller. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0026I4DZ2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I'd imagine all OC centric boards will have bios updates for Kaby as well as non k OC. Check Der8auers guide for non k compatability.

    Socket 1151 Skylake Non-K OC Archives - Overclocking.Guide

As for bios flashing, I've had zero issues using Asus, ASRock and Gigabyte and with non k oc you WILL BE flashing mei or full bios often when pushing bclk or ram. I say pick a board listed on Overclocking.guide or Pony up for a well known OC board, I suggest if you need sli get a Gene or an MOCF if you want an enjoyable experience

  4. I've seen 980ti Lightning and Matrix's selling between $300-$350, Kingpins have demanded a bit more $350-$400. If I were looking to buy I would be in the $325 range but I'm not big into 3d. That being said if you found the right guy I could see someone pay as much as $425-450 because at least here in the US, they are rare

The prices I listed are ones that have actually sold but this is the low end I look at as a potential buyer. Obviously there have been some (KPE mostly) selling for more on occasion but like I said as a buyer I look for low prices.
