Do you have an older version of HOF NVVDD to test? I got feedback by a friendly fellow bencher that he faced the same problem and could set 1,3v+ by using older software version with provided BIOS. As usual, test at own risk,

What happens when you try to set 1,3v+? Is the voltage not applied, or scale reset or what is shown?

I will accept physics and 32m screenshot without gpuz if all other tabs (CPUZ) and background is correct.
