The official MSI Godlike OC Tournament: Ambient 3D Battle thread.
websmile replied to Noxinite's topic in HWBOT Competitions
No, Broadwell is out, and Pieter will get the job done soon -
Hi Up for sale are my last bench PSC, since I bailed out of benching I decided to make a clear cut now and sell them 1. 3x2GB G.Skill DDR3-2000 CL6-9-6-24 PID 8117 PCB, easy 2667 tight and more, I received these as backup in case I would decide to bench again when I sold my 2400C9PIS and my 2133C8 RipjawX. Never used them for real benchmarks, but they did 2400 C7 below 1,65v on Z77 and on Z97 2667 C8 tightworked easily on Asus Impact and Asrock OCF when I tested them. 2. 3x2GB G.Skill Trident DDR3-2000 CL9-9-9-24 1,6v These were my test and bench kit for quite a while, all sticks easily do 2667 tight and more, for benchmarks I ran best two sticks above 2700 tight with less than 1,9v, headroom left. In the past I combined this kit with a Flare stick I had which gave two dual kits that did 2730 and 2700+, I guess this shows how good this kit is, I had lots of tridents but these are strongest in the end. In original blister package Prices (shipping not included) 1. 175 Euros sold 2. 140 Euros sold The mems are located in germany, shipping will be with deutsche Post and will be around 12 Euros per kit including tracking and insurance. Payment is possible with paypal or western union. Please do not offer trades for ddr4 like happened at my last thread, it is more than uncertain I will ever test skylake so I would rather keep my psc than trade them for crap that needs cas15 Disclaimer: Private sale, no returns, also no warranty provided by me. On oc, ymmv, but these are very strong mems and they will get the job done, especially because I tested them on air and IMC on air as well, no voodoo

Your new golden one? Very nice result Edit - OK, is not your new retail, looking twice sometimes pays^^ -
Bump, imho 155 for a quad kit of decent quality is not too bad
-
Fast test added, 32m 2800c9 tight around 1,97v, I took two random sticks of the quad kit

HWMonitor is enough, GPU is in cpu - on the driver, try several different ones, sorry, on this I cannot help you -

After a question about Broadwell, it is not allowed and rules will be clarified, on HWMonitor - launch only after benchmark is enough, idle temps will be lower than load anyway, at least I accepted this for 2D and will not change for 3D P.S. please do not forget CPUZ spd tab and make sure it displays info - I had to remove some scores from 2d battle because of this and I am not happy about it, the contestants lost their results due to sloppy rule reading -

Yes, same wallpapers, as there are no new ones and comp already started Important info for contestants IGP means the integrated graphics unit of the cpu - you are not allowed to use a discrete vga like some have for the start Link for definition of different vga types here -

On the IGP-issue - contact MSI - I would not have chosen this as well for a comp like this - but please take in, if MSI would have asked for a highly expensive videocard result by, for example 980TI MSI or a 970 or whatever, criticism that money dominates comp would have been real big On general rules for EL comps, we have to live with the limits, you know it as good as I do. Temps are hard to control when you have an online competition, as well as some other issue. Sure we see suspicious results, we sometimes ask for proof then including video stream for example. So, we also count for ethics and wait for the mistakes of the people who donĀ“t have these Enjoy the competition, as said before, a lot is compromize on rules but we tried to find a balance. Maybe not always successful :celebration: -

I moderated the extreme part of this comp today, and there was nothing inadequate or foggy - because ther is not temp and no cooling limit. Maybe you should consider to use your enormous experience and move up to XOC -

Criticism on temp limit is OK, but rules are same for everyone - we will consider the Input though, but I benched more than 10 years and I can tell you that it is not hard to manipulate "idle temperature". -
I have still some PSC, 3x2gb 2000c9 trident and 2x2GB Flare1800c7, four sticks do 2667+, fifth one is weaker. 200 Euros plus shipping for the whole bunch^^ Kit1 (1xtrident+1xflare) kit2 (remaining two trident sticks), they do 1350 easily as well I normally limited tests and benches to 1,90v max, but they scale further, I tried once to see if they pass can take more volts with memtest. Good mems, but some sticks have trp weakness on air, which you normally can easily level on cold due to more volts and temps low

Hi, up for sale are three DDR3 Kits, for details refer to the item description 1. 4x4GB G.Skill TridentX DDR3-2400C9 boxed Quad-kit, Samsung HYK0 according to serialnumber. The mems work flawless, I checked them with Memtest a final time today and seeing voltage for specs they are above average Samsung, 2800C9 also boots way below 2V. In box with fan and invoice if needed 2. 2x2GB Exceleram 2000C7 PSC-based, I checked them with memtest and they work flawless 3. 3x2GB OCZ Platinum 2000C8 PSC, tested and working Prices, shipping will come on top 1. 155 Euros 2. sold 3. sold Preferred means of payment are paypal or western union, the items are located at germany, shipping to EU would be easiest option but I also can ship world wide, in this case customs might be a problem for buyer though. Quotes will be 5-15 Euros depending on item and location Private sale, no resturns, no warranty

Lucky_n00b - Core i7 6700K @ 5390MHz - 1710 marks XTU
websmile replied to Perica_barii's topic in Result Discussions
No. XTU is only benchmark I remember at first thought that does not need the mandatory screenshot all others do. Result is valid even without any proof apart from the data-file. No need to remove it as it seems in line with normal skylake xtu results -
Could be worse, you could have bought midrange ripjaws 3600c17 for 425 euros 2x4gb single sided in germany. Prices are robbery

I had similar problem lately, first reason was I had corrupt file(transfered on non-working usb stick), second point was hilarious, I was that upset about failing at upload that I tried to upload cpu file to vga section obviously, when I saw this I chose right upload area (cpu-GPUPI 1B) and it worked... - but now I checked again and had same problem again, so it seems to be different problem again
