just had a guess here: the mem remapping feature ppl talk about - might that be also the key to the problem some boards loose in 01 against jeeehhgaballs?

I'll be there the entire time - that will be quite painfull for you. But I don't need my fist - we will have LN2 there which we can use to torture you As usual you find me somewhere inside the ln2 dust at the ASUS booth

nice run and it looks like you have some room with the ram - to say it with the words of a good friend of ours from benchbrothers - "now you can start the overclocking" :D -
tested on my C43 and confirmed by a friend on C45 - latest bios somehow has problems with 2133 on teh RAM. 185 could boot 2133 but not stable, 187 will hang up during boot with "45". Only improvement I could remark: 1.5 Vcore instead of 1.35

give it a nice pink case to fit the theme @rocco that cpu gave you some nice scores @topic yeah with lower bclk higher multi is no problem - somewhere I have some screens with 57x with 97.X iirc even I could never boot 56x100

Happy Bday massi!

thx for that info - the new bios seems to work good, first time I can run CL8-10-8 easy. check later if that also applies to my hyper or only to that psc i am currently running. since 2 days I can't change bclk anymore it is stuck @100 and the bios update didn't help...hmmm anybody got an idea? €: ram oc has improved, but there is an annoying bug within the cpu turbo setting (it will always jump back to "auto" when you have set to "set cores (bios)"

Yo there! it has been a while I benched old 3DM that hard but it is damn fun to test old cards on '01 even you can't run even close to clockspeed good guys used before. This one took me around 5 hours after having 2nd place within the first hour.... Then I was in a rush - my windows and system seemed ok so I checked another similar card I had laying around...another hour later there was the 2nd 01 hw-class owned Hey massgirl, wanna meet me at the bar talkin' about 01?! :D regards SoF

i never install drivers on my bench-systems but disabling the devices was something I wanted to test for quite a while now. I will report back after testing maybe tomorrow afternoon.

The official HWBOT OC Challenge January 2011: Operation
SoF replied to stummerwinter's topic in HWBOT Competitions
When you want to submit something it says "In order to prevent cheating, Unigine Heaven - Basic Preset (DX9) requires a data file. You can obtain this by saving your benchmark run. " -

I'm working on it have already a bit faster time but after a while the system always get's unstable and needs some rest. my biggest issue: high ram together with high MHZ gets me in trouble so I couldn't run my max of 5590 together with 2100+ yet... -
I got some new RAMs from a team-buddy and managed a new 32m stummerwinter screaming out of his window here (in that video if you don't understand: "Micha you *****hole wtf have you done bastard?!?!?!" the guy I got these rams is from AF also and called "micha" usually ) Sub 6min 9s...trying to get more ram-speed...seems sb likes ramspeed a lot for 32m...

I just saw the title "Massman member discussion thread. " and thought "wooohoooo here is the place we are all bashing the lil' massi (another time)" but reading a bit what is it actually all about?! don't get the point...if somebody searches me - I am benching my shadyb1tch which seems to have degraded a bit

Thanks man! yesterday I managed to squeeze 111k out of my GTX 480 -
oh while we are at it there was something I needed to ask about the blitz challenge: I have "normally" entered my results w/o photo of the system. now I would have to re-submit it into the challenge - can this cause any troubles with the points or so? well guess I simply should delete my scores first, or what ya say?

I'll be waiting Termiwinter (or Stummernator?!) -
seems to depend on the mobo not gpu - the more "unknown devices" shown in xp device manager the higher the probability of recieving the error...
