darco_2
I'm a bit worried about this: "(1 hour of test) (air cooling)" + "CL5-5-5-15 2.6V = 620-625MHz" Just to set things straight: you hit those modules with 1h of @2,6V testing?

These modules will withstand up to 2.7V on the air. Edited April 28, 2014 by GRIFF

GRIFF
I have found one parameter (NB to DDR Reference voltage) of my Maximus 2 Gene which prevented overclocking of RAM and i remake CL5 and CL4 tests of all modules with this results: CL4 single channel 580 MHz 2.55V CL4 double channel 570 MHz 2.55V CL5 single channel 650 MHz 2.55V CL5 double channel 640 MHZ 2.55V 640-650 MHZ CL5 limit of this motherboard, i need DFI or Gigabyte P45 boards for more tests. For my opinion this chip they pass 730-750 mhz on air. Edited June 18, 2014 by GRIFF
Calathea
I have found one parameter (NB to DDR Reference voltage) of my Maximus 2 Gene which prevented overxlocking of RAM and i remake CL5 and CL4 tests of all modules with this results:CL4 single channel 580 MHz 2.55V CL4 double channel 570 MHz 2.55V CL5 single channel 650 MHz 2.55V CL5 double channel 640 MHZ 2.55V 640-650 MHZ CL5 limit of this motherboard, i need DFI or Gigabyte P45 boards for more tests. For my opinion this chip they pass 730-750 mhz on air. Just a note, if you have not tested higher than 650 cl5, you can by no means "suspect" that they will do 700+. Many good 600 MHz cl4 D9's top out below 700 cl5
