Tried CCMOS, new BIOS (can't go back to older version now) but nothing helped i had this issue before, fixed it by flashing to newer bios. Edited March 29, 2011 by owikh84 Quote

7ate9 Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Both of my BIOSes are f. up would new BIOS chip help? I will have to contact Pt1t to see how he fixed it, thanks If you got a similar bios chip replace it with the corrupted one but don't push it all the way in. should be loose enough when you boot and the code loads you can swop it with the corrupted bios. It will fix your corrupted bios Quote
nanoprobe Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 (edited) b3 bioses will work with b2 I beleave I flashed my B2 Asus P8P67-M Pro with the B3 bios before I sent it back. It caused the EFI bios to basically stop working. It would not save most manual settings. They would all revert back to auto after reboot. The multiplier would not go past 43. One bonus it that it would boot and run @ 105.5 BCLK when 104 was the limit before flashing. YMMV Edited April 2, 2011 by nanoprobe Quote
