i5 7640X R15 5.4 1.296V / 5.5 1.376V

Up for sale 7640X boxed, in (daily/gaming) use during past 3 weeks. No sub zero use or anything. Consequently, condition is like new.

CPU is delidded with T.Grizzly Conductonaut and resealed with high temperature silicone.

Clocks on this i5 are just ridiculous, it's a MHz monster - 5.4 R15 1.296V, 5.5 R15 1.376V on AIO 21C ambient. On EVGA Dark it runs 5.5 R15 1.385V AIO 25C ambient.

Gaming with it possible at 5.5/5.1/4133C17 1.392V AIO slow fan without bluescreens and errors, if you're into that.

It is quite consistent if using the same board. For example I was able to predict within 50 MHz what max. my 7640X would hit on LN2 after comparing its VID with my 7740X.

I am aware of that, but the fact is pointless unless you come by with your board and put the 7640X in there to read VID - which of course you are free to do but I'd say highly unlikely ?
