April 30, 20206 yr I don't see why you couldn't as there is no core limitation on the chips being used, only that no ES chips be used.
April 30, 20206 yr as far as I know, turning off cores to fit into a particular core count category would be forbidden. Turing off cores to run say, SPI would be fine as long as the score is entered with the original CPU category. Edited April 30, 20206 yr by cbjaust
