Mr.Scott Posted October 18, 2020 Posted October 18, 2020 (edited) Why always this error? Fresh W7, stock clocks, fresh bench download from HWB. Edited October 18, 2020 by Mr.Scott Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted October 18, 2020 Crew Posted October 18, 2020 can you try without running systeminfo ticked Quote

Crew Leeghoofd Posted October 18, 2020 Crew Posted October 18, 2020 Same bench OS ? Seems to run fine here on 8.1 and 10. Tried it with the original syteminfo and the latest 5.31 A breakdown on the hardware , OS you guys are using Scotty ? Quote
Mr.Scott Posted October 18, 2020 Author Posted October 18, 2020 As far as I know, different bench OS for each of us. I'm using a retail copy of W7 Pro. No stripped version. Original sysinfo that comes packaged with the download. PCMark 7 was made to run on W7 so I doubt W10 is needed, although it may score better. I'm on a 775 setup. Pete is on something else. I don't know what platform. I wanna say Haswell. Quote
Matsglobetrotter Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 (edited) I have Pc7 working on win7 (plain vanilla ultimate sp1), win8.1 win10 the last few weeks. Usually when it did not work its been one of the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime stuff missing or corrupt. both original and new sysinfo has worked. I have not installed any MB chipset or other MB stuff Edited October 19, 2020 by Matsglobetrotter 1 2 Quote
Mr.Scott Posted October 19, 2020 Author Posted October 19, 2020 I will check the runtime stuff. Thanks for the help. Quote

Mr.Scott Posted October 24, 2020 Author Posted October 24, 2020 Haven't had time to work on it. Will be doing that tomorrow. I will update. Read somewhere you need VC++ 2010, or mfc100u.dll placed back in a folder. Quote
