January 16, 20215 yr Pretty sure that rule was rescinded a long time ago, because you could pretty much take a pic of stock air and put it with any sub. Pic is not positive proof of cooling method used. I will try to find the thread.

January 16, 20215 yr Pretty sure that was it, yes. I don't ever remember it being reinvoked, but don't take my word for it. I do not know everything. Still, stupid rule for the reasons I gave above. I would just dump it.

March 13, 20215 yr Crew We have so many benchmarks that can be run with benchmate for competitions and requiring vérification links in most 3D benchmarks. Temperature will always be hard to truly verify by software. People in warmer climate will always be penalized. Some are creative and constructed a waterreservoir in the garden/cellar or even on the outside of their home. Also there will always be users that have better silicon than you or a higher budget... It's all or should all be about having fun. Now I can tell you already you will miss out on some fun competitions for the ambient peeps in 2021.
