Yes, same for me. Had another issue too - when opening several instances on a Thunderbid CPU at high FSB (250+) it just randomly closes, while an older version works like a charm. Seemed like stability issue at first, but it wasn't.

Can not open CPU-Z on NF7-S when FSB is above 200.

Bios versios is D10.

Interesting. No issues on my Ultra B, Infinity, or AN7 at any FSB.
