tiborrr Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 After testing my memories on the GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-OC I came to conclusion that the ASRock board is fine, it's just my memories that are a bit worn out. They do 1200 8-12-8-28 but not a megahertz more. The booting issue is caused by the weak PCB. They boot 1.86-1.9V initially but fail to do so after a couple of minutes. These are low bin PSC (DDR3-1600 C6). The G.Skill Ripjaws 2300 C7 didn't have this problems. All well in the ASRock (and Gigabyte) land Quote

NickShih Posted November 28, 2013 Author Posted November 28, 2013 Special default single core booting bios here It is same as the normal bios . just boot 1 core as default . It might save the core damaged chip , then u can bench 1~2 core only.
