August 28, 201311 yr After testing my memories on the GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-OC I came to conclusion that the ASRock board is fine, it's just my memories that are a bit worn out. They do 1200 8-12-8-28 but not a megahertz more. The booting issue is caused by the weak PCB. They boot 1.86-1.9V initially but fail to do so after a couple of minutes. These are low bin PSC (DDR3-1600 C6). The G.Skill Ripjaws 2300 C7 didn't have this problems. All well in the ASRock (and Gigabyte) land
