This reminds me of moa qualifiers, I had one i5 3570k who just shut down with more than 1.65 Vcore. No bsod, just restart. Tested with 3770k and was ok, no idea what was up with that, same behavior SS/LN2.
Kazz, I have the 750K in air cooled 24/7 rig. It overclocks horrible, max stable around 4,4-4,5 GHz @ 1.55 Volt. Do get the 760K instead, they are the same price and overclock 4,7-4,8 easy!
Alright Yes that's the batch. Though I tested 4 chips of same batch, two did 5800 max on ln2... This one 6 ghz+, did not try on gigabyte mobo and delid on ln2.
