Well, 5.1 or 7.1 it's all doesn't matter much, both are sux in a way of having ac97 codec. As for PS/2, I think anyone now can afford USB keyboard for 5$, no? It's like complaining about not having ISA or LPT port on new boards. I have few LPT devices, like firmware flashers etc, so what, I should ask vendors to keep LPT for 20 years more, just because 0.0001% of users still have something legacy?
