  1. CPUs: Plastic CPU trays (Hard not soft) (Btw, if you know where I can buy more ) GPUs: At the moment they are just piled up in big boxes. Memory: Plastic memory trays Motherboards: Home made MB tray. What about you?
  2. I you happen to get a so called "lucky run" under XTU, can you please email me the datafile at christian [at] hwbot.org. Please also include in the email the score you are getting normally. Example: "Hey Chris, Usually I am getting 1750 at this freq. You will find a 1814 attached."
  3. Hey, Look for ASRock's: 4CoreDual-SATA2 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0 4CoreDual-VSTA They the best imo link
  4. Team ranking shouldnt be affected unless we decide that "inactive" overclockers dont contribute to team points. I didnt think about it, will it make things more dynamic? As for Team Competitions, I havent thought about it yet. But looks like something has to be done there as well, next thread
  5. Proposal #4 incoming I would keep the limit tho. And need to find a way to limit backups.
  6. I made the proposal here: http://forum.hwbot.org/showthread.php?t=155389 Let me know what you think.
  7. At the moment when submitting you can only prepopulate fields from the last ten submissions. That means you currently cannot use it with older stuff or can you? I made a table for that: EDIT: I wanted to embed the table here but looks like I can't, so here is the link applicationId List: 1 3DMark2001 SE 2 3DMark03 3 SuperPi - 1M 5 3DMark05 6 PiFast 7 SuperPi - 32M 8 PCMark 2004 9 PCMark 2005 10 Aquamark 12 3DMark06 13 CPU Frequency 14 wPrime - 32m 15 wPrime - 1024m 16 PCMark Vantage 17 3DMark Vantage - Performance 18 Reference Clock 19 MaxxMem 21 Memory Clock 23 Unigine Heaven - Xtreme Preset 24 Unigine Heaven - Basic Preset 26 3DMark2000 27 3DMark 99 Max 29 3DMark11 - Performance 30 3DMark11 - Entry 31 3DMark11 - Extreme 34 PCMark7 35 AS SSD Benchmark 39 XTU 40 3DMark11 Physics 48 Cinebench - R11.5 50 3DMark - Ice Storm 51 3DMark - Cloud Gate 52 3DMark - Fire Strike 55 PerformanceTest 57 HWBOT Prime 58 3DMark - Fire Strike Extreme 66 Catzilla - 1080p 72 3DMark - Ice Storm Extreme 73 Catzilla - 576p 74 Catzilla - 720p 75 Catzilla - 1440p 77 WinRAR 91 Black Hole Benchmark 93 Geekbench3 - Multi Core 94 Cinebench - R15 98 Anvils SSD Benchmark - 1GB 99 Geekbench3 - Single Core 100 Anvils SSD Benchmark - 32GB 119 Realbench V2 121 3DMark - Ice Storm Unlimited 126 Cinebench - 2003 127 3DMark - Sky Diver 128 MaxxMem Read Bandwidth 138 3DMark - Fire Strike Ultra 142 PCMark for Android 145 GPUPI - 1B 147 PerformanceTest Mobile 149 GPUPI - 32B 150 GPUPI for CPU - 1B 165 GPUPI for CPU - 100M 167 3DMark - Sling Shot 173 HWBOT x265 Benchmark - 1080p 175 HWBOT x265 Benchmark - 4k 176 Basemark X 177 Vellamo Multicore 179 AIDA64 - Memory Read 180 HEVC h.265 Decode 183 RealBench HWBOT Version 192 Y-Cruncher - Pi-25m 193 Y-Cruncher - Pi-1b 194 Y-Cruncher - Pi-10b 196 Speedsys 197 Catzilla - 4K 198 3DMark - Time Spy 199 GFXBench - 1080p Manhattan Offscreen 204 KRIEG Math CPU Benchmark - Basic 205 KRIEG Math CPU Benchmark - Extreme
  8. Thanks for the feedback, I will take this thread with me on my flight to Canada next Wednesday and try to come up with something.

  10. Okay, nvidiaforever2 is living 8 hours away from me so I decided to do a video call instead that lasted about 45 minutes. During those 45 minutes I asked him many many many things (show me this, show me that, test this, test that). He delivered, everything went smooth, not a slight doubt. Frequencies, Temperatures (cpu, water, room), Cooling, Score, you name it was verified.
  11. Members are complaining but no one (as far as I know) actually brought an idea/suggestion/solution to address the current issue about cooling. What are you talking about? I am referring to the issue there is currently with leagues being split based on the cooling and cooling limited competition. What is the cooling issue? Some members may or may not use extreme cooling and post results under "not extreme cooling". Some members may or may not call out other members they suspect are doing it. What is the effect of the cooling issue? I have headaches Kills the fun Some members are called the C word Some members refuse to compete Some members may or may not take advantage of the situation to win competitions (inc. prizes, fame) We spent time and time trying to find a solution, so far everything we found can "help" a bit but doesn't fix the problem for good and complicate things.
  12. Proposal #7: The idea is to have a league system that is a ranking system to find other overclockers of a similar skill level to compete with or against. You are in the league in which you meet all criteria. When you reach the limit in one criteria you get promoted to the upper league. +Hardware Master League (Ranking based on the total amount of HWP) League Points: TopX WRP + TopX GP + TopX HWP One cannot move down league, you can only move up. *League names and limits are subject to change, this is an example to show the idea. Competitions: The idea is that moving up league gives access to competitions with greater prizes. The idea is to have two main kind of competitions: Ranked Competitions: With prizes, count for league selection, limited to specific league(s) UnRanked Competitions: Usually without prizes, doesn't count for league selection, not limited to specific league(s)
