You need core pll to 1.8v to 2.4v (try which one is best), and PLL Termination to 1.5 to 1.8v, CPU Standby Voltage to 1.35v to 1.6v, i hope this will help remove your cold bug.

This M10A, so HT works from first day.

Probably it just settings on some bios by default that causing performance reduced, like Execute Disable Bit it must be disabled to improve SuperPi performance, if bios dont have that options you can disable it through boot.ini by add /noexecute=alwaysoff And many other that we might not know, but generally its like this, not because its UEFI or its Classic BIOS.

No, probably that mean 790FX/890FX is needed for Deneb/Thuban. 990FX/990X for FX. Probably its true because 990FX not good for high HTT on older CPU. Hopefully can comeback soon
