Please add: GeForce 6600 LE AGP Thx.

This build works! Thank you.

Good work, looking forward to test the GTX 285 in the future. But there is bug of some kind affecting the legacy 2.3.4 executable when using winXP. At the moment I'm trying to run the new GPUPI on P4 Celeron + winXP SP3 32bit, the only thing I get is this error: ... is not a valid win32 application. GPUPI 2.2. works fine on this PC. Perhaps wrong compile settings, which prevents GPUPI 2.3.4 from running on XP?

Isn't this considered "server HW"... and therefore not allowed for TC2016?
-
So Xeon and Opteron not allowed even for dogpile stage?
-
Thank you... dogpile it is then
-
I'm not sure if I understand this "Average of 3 best" thing. Does it mean three different people must submit score of three different CPU/GPU in the selected stage + benchmark (one person each)? Or I can do all 3 by myself? The same question applies for "SC5: Dogpile". I can dig up 100+ CPU/GPU easily... but other team members are not much into Team cup benchmarking...
-
Stage V (pifast) seems to be broken somehow - after clicking on the submit button, this message shows up: Oops. Something went wrong. We could blame this on you but it`s most likely our crappy coding skills. You could try again or nudge our developpers for fixing this.

Please add: Asus A88XM-PLUS Thx.

In user profile -> Points -> OC-ESPORTS points This is table of points gained in competitions in last 12 months. The problem is these points seems to be unrelated to the final standings. Let me show an example: Old school is best school bonus round http://oc-esports.io/#!/round/osibs_s2rb http://hwbot.org/user/havli/#Points I ended up on the 8th place... but in my profile there are 42 points and second place, which make no sense. Pretty much all competitions I've attended in the last year show better place in my profile than they should.

GF8800 GTS/GTX/Ultra are supported by the 82.69 driver... or, well, they are included in the inf file. I tried Ultra, driver installed fine, but after reboot windows won't start anymore. Some kind of stack overflow error. Perhaps 768MB of video memory is too much. Unfortunately I don't have GTS 320 at hand to try. -

I couldn't even get my 975X Asus + E7400 working in win98. And no G80 either. -
Math turns benchmark: y-cruncher meets HWBOT
havli replied to Mysticial's topic in Benchmark software
Will the new version support saving data file (for later manual submission via hwbot site) like some other hwbot-integrated benchmarks? -
Well, nothing fancy here Same storage for VGA and MB, just using bigger boxes.

I don't know... the point distribution looks very weird to me. For example: http://uat.hwbot.org/submission/3097787_alpi_gpupi_for_cpu___1b_pentium_4_641_55min_17sec_747ms/ http://uat.hwbot.org/submission/2901026_genieben_gpupi_for_cpu___1b_mobile_celeron_925_57min_54sec_404ms/ 3% difference in score - the first score gets 11 global points, the second one = 0. Or this guy's profile - 137 global points, 720th place in extreme http://hwbot.org/user/jakubtomek007/#Points on UAT = 962 global points, 307th place http://uat.hwbot.org/user/jakubtomek007/#Points It seems 6700k and LN2 is all you need to gain all global points (15 scores) for league rank.

Both X800 XT PE AGP and X850 XT PCI-E are ready. Performance is pretty much the same... now the question is which MB will push the mobile A64 http://hw-museum.cz/view-cpu.php?cpuID=205 further - NF3 or NF4.
-
AM2NF3-VSTA + Phenom II is also quite good. Maybe not as fast as Core2 extreme... but cheaper and doesn't require voltmods to get decent OC.
-
Just a random thought - similar situation (one HW, more categories and points) already exists and as far as I know i completely "legal". Unlockable AMD CPUs - Phenom II X2 can be unlocked to X3 or X4 and therefore you can submit the same set of benchmarks three times.
-
Not only DX12 benchmarks, asymmetric CF and SLI (to some extent) works even now and provides performance boost for most 3D benchmarks. But websmile's point is also valid - using one VGA for more categories doesn't seem right.
-
This benchmark can use many different GPUs combined to get single score... so I'm wondering which combinations are valid and which are not for HWBOT submission. To keep things simple at the moment I'm only considering similar GPUs. For example I have these videocards: 2x HD 4830 HD 4850 2x HD 4870 HD 4890 HD 5850 HD 5970 HD 6990 ---------------- Obviously 2x HD 4830 and 2x HD 4870 are perfectly fine. But how about others? HD 4830 + HD 4850 = 2x HD 4850? HD 4870 + HD 4890 = 2x HD 4890? 2x HD 4830 + HD 4850 = 3x HD 4850? 2x HD 4870 + HD 4850 = 3x HD 4870? 2x HD 4870 + HD 4890 = 3x HD 4890? 2x HD 4830 + 2x HD 4870 = 4x HD 4870? 2x HD 4870 + HD 4850 + HD 4890 = 4x HD 4890? HD 5970 + HD 5850 = 3x HD 5870? HD 5970 + HD 6990 = 2x HD 6990? ------------ The common sense suggests to choose the fastest card as a category and select appropriate count. Maybe it is even written in the rules, not sure. Of course 3-way or 4-way setup of identical GPUs will provide better performance... so I don't see an issue in this matter. On the other hand is it OK to use one VGA for more then one category... that's the question. The same dilemma applies for processors btw - some multi-socket boards accept different CPU speeds or even cores count...

When a score has no points -> Force recalculation
havli replied to Massman's topic in Submission & member moderation
Since the recalculate button is gone, can you please fix this one? http://hwbot.org/submission/3185380_havli_superpi___32m_xeon_e5_2670_9min_56sec_326ms?recalculate=true Thx. -

OLD SCHOOL IS BEST SCHOOL SEASON 2 ROUND 4 DISCUSSION
havli replied to RomanLV's topic in HWBOT Competitions
I don't understand what the problem is - description clearly states CPU must be using socket 478 or 479. Whether you need adapter or not depends on your MB. There are no restrictions on the motherboard choice. -
