I'm more leaning towards sub 6m AMD 32m next year assuming Zen isn't junk (with technical details released by amd so far it's looking to be possible at 5g) -

Had almost forgot but I tried Dice the other day and while no cbb at -65 but the board would do some dual bios stuff below -40 which made it near impossible to boot as the backup isn't Carrizo compatible (I need to shorting some pins on backup bios to stop from working) plus to get max bclk I need to be above -20 and if it wasn't for me converting a MTB to a road commuter I would have times at 125bclk and almost 4800mhz

Damn, that sucks as I've put 2v+ through a number of piledriver CPU's without issue and even 2.2v on a a6-6420k which made the difference between highest clocked 2 core vs not I'm guessing maybe your board couldn't take it with 8c

As someone who doesn't chase points or rankings a seasonal ranking seems stupid as such a thing as it would likely take even more light from the kind of things I do -
Those ones look to be self powered and could need something like 8v+

Awesome mate :nana: -
Thanks guys Frankly I don't know because I don't have anything installed to monitor temps although with Intel it drops about 20c although that depends on your ambient before Yeah it's pretty awesome and on unlocked I don't know if it will make a difference because the core is my only limiting factor ATM so it will be interesting to try on real cold because it scaled pretty well with ice

Here's that batch file and be sure to see what it does first and post with amdmsrtweaker.exe https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxdDxU9W5G1DcEc0b3dxUzU3cXM/view?usp=drivesdk Damn my CPU-Z at 4711mhz came out corrupted so I got 4664 with 123 bclk instead newlife`s CPU Frequency score: 4664.22 mhz with a Athlon X4 845 -
That's awesome and good to hear

I'll post it up later but I just made a batch file that just needs to be pasted with the msrtweaker exe that sets the 3 power states to max Edit: I've now got 124 bclk running with ambient but can't get stable at 38x although I got a cpu-z valid -
The top of that 8.5k one should read pretty much 0ohm between ground as it is a ground and the bottom should read about 2.95k ohm

First cpu I lost was a golden A8-6600k that was killed when my boards NB mosfets blew

Don't mix up core voltage with memory and it's PSC that's good for 1.97v @flanker Try booting at 18x on the CPU to boot and using msrtweaker set p0 to 38x, p1 to 37x and p2 to 35x because before that I could only post at 117 bclk although I could only get it stable on the 1st core -

Around 1.92v was the limit before it was unstable and could only run 32m at this clock on the less efficient 1st core -

Any chance to have Carrizo added to 4g and 5g? Edit: scrap 5g because just noticed the whole between 4950-5003 which Carrizo has no chance of doing although if it could it would be around 9m
