Sister thread to "The Rage" I have just embarrassed myself by benching with what I can only guess is a dodgy SLI bridge connection. LN2 clocks couldn't beat guys running on air. Awesome Weirdly, i'm not mad. Probably a bad sign EDIT: Just checked my result screenies. All except one were in PCI-E 1.1 mode. Wow. Fail indeed!

My results are visible on my profile and in the benchmark rankings, but not in the category "front page" They were invisible before I changed the the GT215 category as well.

It's not BIOS. I thought someone had flashed an Ultra with a GTX BIOS a while ago, so I tried it with one of my own before I said anything. (I was wrong, they hadn't.) Core revision stays the same, even if BIOS is flashed. ie.... if you flash an Ultra with a GTX BIOS, you get an "A3 8800GTX"

The holy grail? So holy that as far as I know, there are NO other 8800GTX A3 scores on HWB? (8800GTX: 2nd most submitted-to GPU category, with 13900 results) I have seen/ bought eVGA 8800 Ultra cards with 8800GTX stickers on them, but they were A3/ Ultra in BIOS I have seen eVGA 8800GTX product codes like "768-P2-N831-A3" but as far as I know, that's just co-incidence. Nice spot Dr.House... I never noticed!

Sounds good What results would the "perm no points" apply to? Obviously, the result(s) that get a user blocked or banned would be deleted. Everything they ever submitted? (forcing them to start again) Can I mention two related things? Redcobra is still invisible in leaderboards, although his ban has been lifted (HWB needs a tweak) Remember the convo about what results need an FM link? I submitted a 2x top 20, no WR points (actually no points at all!) but HWB wouldn't let me submit until I added an FM link. The server has over-ridden the rule that only scores with WR points need an FM link

Took me a minute to think through it all, but I think I like it Thankyou! Thinking (not criticizing) Is a two week block from submitting results a punishment? For example..... if that happened to me (which it won't, but for sake of discussion).....would I even notice? Would it scare people off making bad submissions if the team points were docked for a length of time if a sub submission was made by someone who'd be on the team longer than X months? (X months to stop people changing team to sabotage them)
