Sorry..... and, ramdisk software is "not allowed"..., but this one...know you why it does not ?
-
Take it easy guys, IE9 optimization, isn't a cheat, i dont know "how", but in principle it is not a cheat, just only a tweak. Pixel shaders, I can now confirm that moving the mouse, it accelerates a little, earning little but gaining. Steleras is right in this point. Lod and the rest and other tweaks, like (copy Gluvocio) This is true and not cheat. But "power toy" by now is a tweak not allowed, and in this run , sorry Gluvocio, you use power toy , because your Video encoding is too high, and with power toy you obtained this score. Right ? http://hwbot.org/submission/2192633_ Video encoding = 4011.747 Kb/s If you have SSD, press select (in PcMark05) go to Advance , settings and choose your HDD test Target Well, by now the PCMark and tweaks under discussion, which is not new, perhaps an update of the rules is sufficient, but I assure you that it is difficult to moderate when faced constant complaints. Many reports: Thats a cheat... or thats a tweak not allowed.... Edit: I try power toy, time ago first time, but i never use this, because was seen by staff like: tweak not allowed. In this time, i try several times this tweak "power Toy" (Xtremesystems thread by Youngpro) MTF in SSD: i delete my score when it was decided that it was " not allowed ", long time ago, with my first ssd.

Ohhh welll I'm happy , someone understand spanish, me alegra y mucho chispy, sometimes is hard write in english, cos i'm write in spanish here, and I dont realize
-
, chispy I take long time without the help of my daughter to write in English and is well understood, sorry my delay, please read my previous post Camstudio is not a tweak, is software to record video EDIT: Uff be late again hahahahaha
-
chispy,..... Gluvocio, dont use Camstudio for tweak, only for record video and upload in Youtube, he use powertoy and tweak web rendering in this sub. http://hwbot.org/submission/2192633_ Video encoding is too high, only powertoy, allow this In Web page rendering there is a tweak, but I do not know yet, I do not know change the browser. I wanted to try some of this to check, but my PCMark05 in Windows 7 x64 fails, in pixel shader, I dont know why
-
Yes i read this, and I see this videos on youtube. As I mentioned in another thread, I think in the end overclocking the PCMark05, becomes softwareclocking
-
Well I meant dirty tweaks (cheat is cheat , when using to win score without intervention of the hardware) ., But as you see every so often, new tweaks, and not always know them all, I must also say that many members who are dedicated to overclocking They do not know, not everyone is always reading forums in lenguage english. Tweak or cheat, is the same, if allowed to use also must explain to all members "how to" is used every tweak, as I mentioned above, or would not be fair imho
-
Gluvocio,Btw. You yourself have tried many tweaks that are and are not known by many , I seen your video on YouTube. There are many people do not know these tweaks, I myself do not known the browser tweak. It is too difficult to moderate, with many tweaks and software that accelerate PCMark'05
-
yes Scotty, fully agree with this
-
Yep...with my older E8600 at 4600 on air, get +35000 w/all the tweaks + ssd, and it takes only 15 minutes to take the bench without saying or ln2, and with much less effort Btw. Is very hard to moderate PCMark05 results for any moderator, by the dirty tweaks
-
PCMark'05 is a good benchmark, that people manipulated and bastardized with software tweaks, I like this benchmark, it's a shame. Seriously is very difficult to detect a soft tweak, and also the member who does not recognize this, of course. RAmDisk software (manipulated down 220 MB/s) PowerToy Change browser Transparent windows (maybe) Btw. and many more tweaks (i dont know all, maybe change codecs or something else) that are the result of hardware but software bloat final results. IMHO this benchmark, for competition is dead, unfortunately. I propose to remove this benchmark points since xxx date, we must not harm those who have run correctly. That's why I do not vote at this time, because removing all points that have run well, is not fair Well this is my humble opinion about this.

About this new proyect: After hard negotiations and many meetings, with Santiago Huang and Gastón Finkelstein, we carry on with this new team Gigabyte. (Oficial) The idea is to learn, experience and teach the overclock under extreme cold, sharing experiences and highlighting this practice to all those who have no access to N2 or Dice (Co2). Our objective and of Gigabyte, is to promote Overclocking in South América. and also show good performance in their motherboards. Just begining and we hope to move the whole Latam experience, in the future Regards and thanks for reading and support, especially to Pieter(Massman) and Karl (Turrican ), always attentive to that done here in the South. Good and bad comments are welcome of course Edit: chucupis...get ready my friend...next step is Latam...Venezuela among other countries
