  1. you guys tell me whats wrong here http://hwbot.org/submission/3968870_matsglobetrotter_cinebench___r15_core_i3_7350k_623_cb
  2. now i have submitted a score of 623 on a dual core which is above jumpers 539 on a dual core and still my result is not taken.. ok atleast i have seen some change on the cb15 counting as otherwise jumpers would not have shown up. my sub is as per rules so one more issue?
  3. I have deleted my scores. I cant delete another members scores and even if i resub my 7350 now it will not be shown, no score recount happens as the issue persist on the competition machine
  4. great fun playing with the dry ice. cant wait to go LN but will take a while. what is LET?
  5. I have sent message to fredrik Hi, for Team MLG this is the situation on the cb 15 team cup socres on ddr4. I first submitted the I3 7350 K score which has 311.5 points per core. http://hwbot.org/submission/3936715_matsglobetrotter_cinebench___r15_core_i3_7350k_623_cb the 7350 is a 2 core thus 623/2 = 311.5 points per core When dragon soop submitted his i7 7740x score of 1168 my 7350 score was kicked off the table despite that my score is higher per core.. http://hwbot.org/submission/3946409_dragon_soop_cinebench___r15_core_i7_7740x_1168_cb the 7740x is a 4 core thus 1168/4 = 292 points per core currently within the team we thus overall get a 6.5 point or so lower average score than we should have and it is the difference to gain one slot in the Cb15 scoring. Thanks otherwise for a great competition. I really enjoy the team competition. Regards, Matsglobetrotter
  6. thats not the issue Leeg. we are two members who have submitted 7740 x results. meanwhile i have also submitted a 7350 score that per core is higher than all. but as the overall summary score is higher the per core score is not considered.
  7. i have the same issue for team MLG on my 7350 score
  8. actually i should not need to read a forum post to understand the fundamental rule for a contest. that should be pretty clear in the limitations as it is on other contests on the site;-) otherwise just link the limitations to the post on the forum...
  9. meanwhile i have GALAX D-4000 Mem and try upload. gut system give 500 error... and seemingly i cant have any CPU clockspeed as anything will give incomplete submission.... also to note there is no point in submitting SPD pages as hmm they are all blank on my HOF memory!!!
  10. nothing states that we need gpu to be Galax.. only the memory need to be galax
  11. hi i still see dragon soops sub with 7740x so now we got even lower scores as mine was higher on CB15
  12. i removed mine but dragon soop also have 7740 x sub blocking mine to show up. seems the competition engine dont calculate the per core for which one has priority but rather on overall score in terms of posts. meanwhile my 7350 k sub shows as submitted so i cant re-submit it
  13. yes will do once the delete tool on hwbot stops talking about overload ?
  14. Nice score. Do note this submission is not valid for the team cup as it is not integrated GPU. Thus make sure it is removed from the same while still posted on HW bot for normal scores
  15. I just put together a small article on my first attempts at sub zero cooling with dry ice. very interesting to do ? http://globetrotter.tech/blog/index.php/2018/09/10/sub-zero-cooling-on-computer-for-overclocking-with-dry-ice/
  16. Seems there is a bug as the CPU on that particular posting show I3-8350k as a 6 core CPU in the right hand column where we normally compare scores with others on same hardware. Thus I am alone in the column. hwbot.org/submission/3933519_matsglobetrotter_cinebench___2003_core_i3_8350k_5258_points/ Meanwhile I so far only see this for this particular submission.
  17. On my I7-7740X hardware page the Geekbench scores dont show up. Meanwhile if I go to page of my own submissions and check single core or multicore submissions they are present and even with score. thus I have submitted and scores accepted. thus must be a bug
  18. Hi Marco, I will get back to you when i have moved my gear and checked up what the AC can do in the small room and the outcome of the dehumidifier. i will get it but will take some time ? i intend to study the topic also to see the right balance between AC and humidifier.
  19. now here is a serious processor contender Intel has to catch up with :-) Finally AMD is back in the real race for speed :-)
  20. I just a story on my blog on watercooling with Hailea chiller in the tropics and the issues faced with condensation. http://globetrotter.tech/blog/index.php/2018/08/12/watercooling-computers-with-hailea-chiller-in-the-tropics/ It might help a few others in terms of understanding the Humidity vs Temperature and Dew point to avoid hardware failures.
  21. Have been using the Aorus Gaming 9 rev 1.0 with my 7800X and tried to OC now for a while meanwhile it was so bad that I bought a Asus Rampage VI Apex after a month to get some results..... There are simply too many inconsistencies in the Aorus Bios functioning to make it even close to user friendly. I follow the nice guides for the 7900x processors posted but there seem to be different menu items that should be set. Even if I turn of all the Aorus functionalities as per guides to stop it only OC one processor and thus keep all processors on full speed the system will still revert to OC one only or simply turn off. Interestingly then there is no way for me to get a better score on the Aorus than 1900 on XTU. Meanwhile every time i put the processor into the APEX i can get up to XTU 2499. This is only a 30% difference in performance and that with the only difference being the Motherboard. The bios and/or operation is simply not consistent enough to work with the 7800x processor. Using the Aorus Gaming 9 for a 7740x processor works out just fine and so does a 7640x. It is so far just the combination of 7800X and Aorus Gaming 9 that is so endlessly painful. Ofcourse the answer is then use the Apex.. which I do :-) but that wont help any in the Aorus competition :-( Do note I have updated bios and tested all up to the latest version which includes the ones stating improvements on 7800x .... sighh..
  22. wow thanks for removing our scores and even more so for posting a downloadable background when we have already submitted scores.!!!! just wasted one weekend.
  23. do note i am using one 1080ti and one 1080 for this score
