  1. Took me a while.. a long while at that to reach 10,000 boints contribution to my team. Meanwhile the achievement banners dont update. Well i found that that particular counter only consider the TPP and no other boints. Considering its a achievement banner for contribution to Team the marker should be counting the overall contribution. if this can be fixed please.
  2. yes i see it. I dont have a z590 mb but have an apex z490 and have loaded the z590 acpi and xp install work there after the boot but not so when i move the same ssd to the z690 apex board.
  3. which bios is ok for win XP. meanwhile I see the ACPI file and integrated it, OS still works on my apex z490 still but nothing on z690. 7B error still. Meanwhile is there also new AHCI files we need?
  4. did try 1101, 0072, 1403 none works on win7 SLI on 780ti nor 980 ti. in Window 10 I did get 1403 to work on SLI with both 780 ti and 980 ti and yes i tried also the 473.62 driver to no avail
  5. SLI complexities. I have loaded the 1101 BIOS and use plain vanilla Win7 professional SP1. I have tried with Nvidia drivers 365.19 , 388.43 , 418.91 drivers but with none of them i can get the SLI to start with my GTX 780 Ti's. Is there any limitations and settings that need to be tweaked in the ASUS Bios before it can work or what might be the issue. I have tried both with the SLI HB bridge and a normal SLi bridge.
  6. While I dont understand any Thai i still consider this the best OC video for Z690 Apex ?
  7. whats the deal with cpu L2 voltage on the apex. Its seems to be available in some bios files but others not, meanwhile there is another heading in the same position for another voltage that then dont exist in some bios versions. - Global core SVID voltage.
  8. no sure how i can get 48 points on cpumax when i have same score as Chaton who has 50 when i was first to post the score...
  9. time to watch the BigGuns fight it out ? Good luck to all.
  10. Simply Amazing! and Congrats!! its on front page and it should be :-) I think everyone on the boot has squeezed 3d06 in all shapes and forms over a major period of the bots life on all platforms to get there!
  11. if i just run the aquamark from program folder it does not give any GPU/CPU scores just overall score. That score however also seem relevant compared to what i would get in Win 7
  12. playing around with Aquamark on 10700k and old 9600GT. On win7 it behaves like normal. now i try on WInXP 32 bit SP3 vanilla edition so no tweaks. brand new install. The final score it gives seem relevant so does all C1-C9 scores but GFX and CPU scores seems to be whatever under the sun. 2 runs below after eachother is there a simple fix?
  13. this is why i look foward to more cheapas challenges. maybe propose some hardware you have in that forum then we get more takers and more points hehe. Then maybe there should be extra points for gold cups as then even with not enough subs it still could give and an interesting yield
  14. suggest all subs without hw info are deleted so we see a clean new sheet
  15. makes sense as cpuz might not be relevant. actually for the 2011- 2066 platforms where CPUS seems to fluctuate significantly. Meanwhile like Superpatodonaldo mentions these benchers on N210 seems almost agnostic to CPU and cpu speed unless its +- 100 Mhz. am awaiting my second GPU so i can play better :-)
  16. Thanks for brainstorming on this:-) Love the idea of the N210 GPU and such. Ok two FPS on the screen looks mad but can see its fun and have tried on a pile of platforms DDR3 and DDR4 and OS setups just to see how they behave on this old style GPUs. will surely take part in more such challenges
  17. is it ok to run 3dmv with GPU score only thus not cpu tests. UL can generate link regardless
  18. found an old buggered sub please remove for me https://hwbot.org/submission/3059857_matsglobetrotter_3dmark2001_se_geforce_210_(ddr3_64bit_gt218)_29930_marks/
  19. Got this MB to play with as i am not yet on DDR5. Using the original Bios I could not get any of my Ram's working on anything but JEDEC and barely that. So upgraded to the new Bios.. Atleast the board starts. I managed to use some of XMP profiles on my ram. never above 4000 Mhz. Meanwhile I can run at 3800 with better timings on 1T. However two issues on the board remain. 1. It is not possible to get it to accept anything than BCLK 100 and then it sets 99.6 or something usually.. No way to set with a 12600k on anything else. or rather i can set it and if i reboot to bios it will show the same setting but.... the board simply dont start with it. 2. The Ram voltage can be set but god forbid i try anything above 1.65V... it will simply reset to 1.65V which without i cant push the ram at all. I have played around with all settings and for those issues i can simply not find a remedy.. Anyone in the asrock team have solution or can fix bios :-)
  20. XTU through intel is the most likely source where new users might come in to hwbot and yes many will only make 1 or two subs on that bench.. however if they try another bench and saw .1 points on whatever they tried that means it kills the interest by default. now with the new scoring this will improve. when i started we had the rookie league competition that automatically could help trigger further interest. you can lead a horse to water but not make it drink unless it wants to .. but if the well is dry then why lead the horse in the first place. a little bit of encouragement will surely help at that particular stage. If then all who do oc videos also clearly show their scores related to Hwbot regularly the combination can drive interest.
  21. atleast now it looks like we get points for overclocking even if we are not no 1 LN overclocker or professionals with infinite budgets ? surely makes it more fun on Air and water cooling. that will drive more new people to the site for sure so it wont be a dying site for the 0.0001% only.
